I would leave 5 stars because I love their coffee and I’ve never received bad service until today. It was the girls first day and she did not know how to make my drink AT ALL. I requested almond milk, she even repeated it while ringing it up. She made it with whole milk and she left out the chocolate drizzle & whipped cream. When I told her I wanted almond milk she went to the back to talk to another employee. The girl training her comes to the window saying next time I want to substitute I need to tell them? Um I did? Don't even turn this into my mistake.. It honestly wasn’t the new girls fault, she looked overwhelmed and stressed out. Why don’t you train your employees more before throwing them to the wolves? She makes the drink again then the cup breaks while she puts on the lid. She then pours it into another cup and forgets the chocolate drizzle again. The girl training her tells me and gives me this look like I need to just forget it because what, it’s getting too complicated for you guys? So I say ok put it on top, even though it’s supposed to go in the cup for TASTE. Next, I was given the wrong straw, you usually receive the big wide straw for a frozen drink. I was given a thin straw which made it to where I couldn’t even finish my $9 drink! Just a mess all over, ruined my morning. Now here I am not able to even finish my coffee. I feel like the girl training should not be in charge of training employees. Especially since she came at the customer like they made the mistake. How unprofessional! Don't be lured by the gimmick and sugar, you can tell from the smell inside their beans are subpar and that they take the Starbucks approach of doing fancy drinks to cover it up. Nerds gonna nerd, if this Star Wars theme was a legit passion, I think we would see that reflected in the offerings of the store, but their coffee menu is basic American, not standardized drinks, and their pastries are from Costco.

I drink cortados. This is just a ratio of equal milk to espresso. I didn't see it on the menu, so I explained and asked for it ice. The woman working confirmed and confirmed iced. Then she asked me what size I wanted. I was confused. The cup didn't matter. No matter what cup you put it in, it wasn't going fill it. If you have a 12oz cup for a small latte, this drink will take up just under half with ice. What did size matter? I relay being confused, she said she has it. Charges me $5. Gives me a hot one shot of espresso with milk. I knew it was one shot bc it was in a 4oz espresso cup. (So 1.5 ounce of espresso, 1.5 ounce of milk)

A cortado at any other shop would cap at $4 + oatmilk upcharge. One shot espresso w/milk is usually $2, maybe $2.50.

So she serves me this hot, one shot of espresso for $5, and I am trying to process how we got here when she looks at me like I have 3 heads, throws her arms up on the counter, and asks me what I want. My wife suggested this place. The service at the drive-thru location was fantastic. However, they didn't have any of the desserts at that location, but said the desserts were at the lounge location.

When we went to the lounge site, the decorations weren't overwhelming, but would make any Star Wars fans feel right at home. The drink menu, which was SW-themed, didn't feel like it was too much and they also had frozen options. The prices seemed very reasonable for their themed drinks. The desserts were also good. They had ding-dong and lemon cake slices.

The service was also on-point, both in speed and quality. When I walked in, the inside was a bit busy, but it didn't take anyone long to get their items and move on. I didn't notice anyone stating any issues with their drinks, either. The lounge areas were also very quaint. The music selection was lovely and family-friendly.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing a place to relax. I'd also recommend the drive-thru site when you're in need of a quick coffee fix, but don't feel like...
