My daughter and my son have both come to this location multiple times to have their phones fixed. Between the 2 of them I am sure they have spent more than 1000 over a couple years on new screens....last week my daughter got the screen replaced and had problems ever since and then today the screen went completely out with a "blue screen"....it was still chiming away when she got notifications and whatever but she just couldn't see anything. She called and the person who answered the phone simply said "hello" as if answering his personal phone....that was weird, then when she clarified the business he seemed annoyed...he told her to bring the phone in and he would look at it. It still had the new case that they had put on it last week themselves and she had not dropped it or anything. Since she didn't have their paper receipt on her they didn't want to honor the warranty....I had to step in and be more assertive than I care to be bc this is ridiculous, the screen was obviously faulty and not my daughters fault and what is the point of having a warranty if you refuse to honor it. The young man insisted she was not in the computer even though the other young man last week made a joke about her being a frequent customer 🙄....long story short....I paid 65 dollars so my daughter could have a working screen on her phone bc she needs it for work BUT I will NOT recommend this establishment to any of my clients or friends unless the owner contacts me and makes this right. We asked to speak to the manager or owner and the young man refused to call him or her...if it was my business I would be livid!!!! This is not good customer service...do better!!!!...
Read moreI would not recommend this place to anyone. First off when I dropped off my phone the guy told me it would be ready in three hours and it it would cost 80 dollars. I was surprised by the price but figured I would pay it just to have my phone back. I came back in four hours giving him an extra hour and he told me he still needed to work on it and to come back in the morning. At this point hes basically giving me the run around. I ended up going back in the afternoon which at that point he finally explains to me he could not fix the phone. I was ok with that and figured I would just take it somewhere else, but when I opened the back of my phone I noticed the sims card was missing. I asked where my sims card was at that point he tells me he doesnt have it and never did and I must have taken it with me. Then he starts to say well there's nothing on it everything is saved to your phone anyway. At that point I was upset because not only did you inconvience me with with holding my phone for more then 24 hours but you also lied and lost my sims card and tried to tell me I had nothing on it! When I argued back that I did not have the card and I have contacts and photos saved to the card he starts looking on the floor! Like really are you that disorganized that you misplace peoples property and then lie about it. I left again told him I would be back giving him a chance to find my card without the pressure of me standing there watching him. When I returned he had finally found the card. I will never go there ever again and won't recommend...

We were also told that it would be 15-20 minutes, so we decided to pick it up before church. It wasn’t ready and there were additional delays that caused us to be late for church before we even left the store with our phone.
SUSPICIONS: The above are the facts. Now for the suspicion. This may be common knowledge, but I didn’t think about it until this experience, so maybe this will help others be more aware. I suspect that the screen that Cellular Repair installed in December was far lower quality than the OEM screen from Apple. Apple’s original screen lasted three years (we bought the iPhone 7 Plus on Oct 26, 2016) and it outlived multiple cases. I acknowledge that it evidently didn’t have an easy, sheltered life. The screen that Cellular Repair put on only lasted six months and we don’t even know what happened. There was no catastrophic accident. Nor was there a slight accident where the phone landed just right to damage the screen. We don’t have kids (or gremlins), so we would know because we’d have...
