I gave an initial 5 star review, which is rare for me. My girlfriend and I went into Robert Irwin jewelers on 10th of September to look at engagement rings. We had already been to 2 other jewelers (Jared and Zales) that day and were a bit frazzled and frankly tired of being pushed into something they wanted to sell us, instead of what we were actually looking for...so we really weren't expecting to find anything much less have the associate actually listen...

What we found was a breath of fresh air, James and Jeanne were working and they both listened to my girlfriend as she described the ring of her dreams (which honestly I wasn't certain we'd even find). James showed her a few options, but they weren't the one, he knew it as did I.

He then asked to show her another even though it wasn't the cut she'd asked for, she agreed and well we found the one! Her face lit up and I knew right then and there, we'd found it and could stop looking, our search ending when we least expected it to!

James and Jeanne were kind and caring, patient, and laid back. They were attentive to our wishes and so very helpful! I can't stress what a great experience shopping in that store was compared to all the others! The ring is truly amazing and is no where near the price of the other places, which was pleasantly surprising to me.

My daughter and I were out shopping for jewelry for her engagement photos. We had gone to several places in the mall. Some welcomed us from a distance, some showed us a few pieces of jewelry but when we described what we were looking for, they said they didn’t have it and sat down. Then we saw Robert Irwin Jewelers and said let’s try that. We were losing hope and we were running short on time since everything was closing soon. These people welcomed us and asked what we were looking for. We told them and right away there was the bracelet. Shortly after asking my daughter what kind of earrings she wore they had the earring that matched her engagement ring. We couldn’t find the necklace and thought our luck ran out but they had her describe it again and they pulled out this huge book flipped to a page and my daughter screamed, ‘that’s it that’s the one’. They had this at another store location out of state. They said they can have it in store by Wednesday and they did. The people in this store not only managed to pull off a miracle, they treated us like family and we could relax around them. The stress just melted away. I can’t thank them enough. I have been to several jewelry stores to find to perfect ring. I was walking through the mall and decided just to stop in for a quick minute to see if anything caught my eye . I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Everyone was so eager to help. No pressure to purchase anything was given. There were several beautiful pieces. Unfortunately I didn't see anything for me . I told them exactly what I was looking for and my price range. They took my number and I left. One day later I received a follow up call letting me know that they was going reach out to some more places to find what I was looking wanting. The day after that I received another call letting me know they had found exactly what I was looking for and I needed to come down to check it out. It was perfect and at a great price. She loved it ! I very highly encourage you to choose Robert Irwin and associates first ! I am sure it will be your last place to look. Love the staff .
