Wait times were a bit long for arriving at 2.45 PM on a Saturday. Party of 2 adults and 2 youth.

(This location is very dated.)

: Location appears to be a bit dusty Windows appear to have been cleaned for quite sometime both inside and out.

: Filth all over the walls at the booth in which we were seated. (East side of the restaurant directly across from the bar, against the wall 3rd table)

: Drapes were covered in dust and have been for quite sometime.

Endless.shrimp is currently at a cost of $25.00 at this location.

Went to order shrimp and they are out of it today.

Template of dinning room was to cold for our comfort. It was cold being seated next to the outside east wall

Our waitress was very friendly. And she was as to be expected. Pretty slow with refills and replacing the bread of cheese biscuits due to a party of 20 people according to our waitress. Could we not have made more biscuits?

Salt and Pepper grinders were sticky/ dirty. The prepper was almost completely empty.

Time food arrived at 3:40 pm at our table .

-Food Received- Shrimp 🦐 Salad🥗 Biscuits Pasta 🍝

Items order was a shrimp salad, Walt shrimp and fries, shrimp alfredo and coconut shrimp.

The shrimp alfredo was flavorful, hot and served with a large portion. The coconut shrimp was fried well and the pina colada sauce was very tasty.

The Walt shrimp was fried well and had a good flavor. The french fries were also fried well and had a good flavor.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes it would have been nice know before being seated and recovering drinks that they were out of shrimp. Dragon shrimp would have been nice to have tried.

Waitress said they were out of (many) items at this time. So that left me deciding to just have a glass of tea. I order insweet tea and was told when it was being delivered that.it was not made well.

So+ I opted too instead ask for a glass of sweet tea. It was served (Hot/ with very little ice.

Honestly, this is a very sad way to start off 2024. Red lobster has to do better, or I don't see this location being open much longer here.

It seems things here have really gone downhill from what it once had been.

My party said the food was good today. Just wish the (kitchen) would have been able to properly provide for the customers.

That left everyone feeling 😢 disappointed here today during our visit

Supper was finished at 4:20 pm.

I'm the type who normally simply won't say anything instead of saying something bad. AAMOF, I've only ever left one negative online review out of easily over a hundred positive ones. However, this was such an extraordinary incident that it full well merited it.

My husband and I decided to have a special meal today (Saturday), the only day either of us has off. We drove 80 miles to the North Little Rock Red Lobster location, for the Ultimate Endless Shrimp promotional.

The food was quite good - that is, what we had of it..... We were on the third round of shrimp, when our ticket popped up on the digital kiosk at our table. I went ahead and paid it (including a generous tip), to get it out of the way. It was rather upsetting to discover they'd increased the price from $17.99 to $22.99 on Friday and Saturday for THE EXACT SAME MENU ITEM.

To add insult to injury, when our waitress returned she said she couldn't turn in any more orders, because it had closed our ticket when we paid it. My husband very kindly stated, "But we haven't left the table, haven't announced or even implied that we were finished, and isn't it supposed to be all-you-can-eat anyway?" She insisted it was Red Lobster policy, and there was nothing she could do. She neither apologized nor offered to speak to her superior to make it right for us. So, we were forced to cut our special meal short and leave.

In summary, we drove 160 miles round trip and wasted $20 in gas and half of our only day off for a radically overpriced meal that we didn't even get to finish. Thanks a lot, Red Lobster. We didn't want to be disagreeable or cause a scene, so we just left. Yes, it's our fault for that, I know. But, the point is that the situation should've never happened in the first place.

This Red Lobster location has long been frequented by us and our circle of friends for special occasions and friendly get-togethers alike, sometimes separately as families and sometimes together in large groups. It will never get another cent of my money, and we will definitely inform all our family, coworkers, friends and acquaintances of this deplorable,...

I went to this restaurant with my mother-in-law for a Saturday lunch. At that time, there was no waiting time and I was glad to be guided to the seat immediately. The lunch menu seemed to be only on weekdays, so I ordered the endless shrimp I wanted to eat the most from the kitchen in the normal menu. In this menu, you can choose 2 out of 5 flavors. I ordered Teriyaki grilled shrimp and Hand breaded shrimp. teriyaki is garlic and sauce coated with shrimp, baked and savory finished, and it was delicious! ! You can eat as many as you like! ! I highly recommend this! ! From the side menu, you can order 2 kinds of vegetables such as asparagus, broccoli, green beans, French fries and mashed potatoes. I ordered mashed potatoes and asparagus, but unfortunately I was disappointed to hear that asparagus was out of stock after ordering. I ordered green beans instead of asparagus, but it was cooked with low salt, so it was easy to eat and delicious. The first Chedder Bay Biscuits that we bring to the table are low in salt, low in oil, very healthy and easy to eat, and they were very tasty!
