Imagine going from N.M.B 12 Ave branch 1 star treatment location. To leave pissed to come to another branch to get service within 1 minute. Being greeted by a female and male with Good morning, smile, and great energy. Forget walking to the teller training another with a smile on her face. She was engaging and energetic on a Monday. I nearly felt guilty for not coming here first to continue my great morning. That was turned upside down by the Ne 12 Ave location.
I normally get great service at this branch and always willing to help. Even with me losing my bank card. Which she was willing to help me with. Which I completely forgot till she tried to help me I could have ordered it online. LoL. Which I thanked her for after offering to help me multiple times. No, I was not dressed up when I come here straight here. Normally gym attire because of work and tenants. Therefore the service I receive is not because they know me or have a birds side view of my account walking through the door. It's because they are professionals and they treat a person in gym clothes they way they treat a person in a suit. You never know who your high rollers are in life...or people that...

I was at this location today and there was a line of people with one teller working even though there was a man in a suit ( I presumed he was the manager) walking around behind the glass as well as a woman who was walking back and forth and both appeared to be doing nothing but walk back and forth. The one and only teller was arguing with a lady with a sick baby and meanwhile the line was getting longer. I politely asked the man in the suit behind the glass if he could help us and he basically ignored me and went on doing nothing but walk back and forth. Finally, seeing that we were getting nowhere, I left. I called the 1-800 number to report this abominable place of business and the man who answered said, "oh, we have been trying to improve, and we thank our customers for giving us feedback". Well, mister, "trying to improve" and actually doing it are 2 different things. I have already switched banks. I went where I am valued and where they treat me with respect, courtesy and where they actually want...
   Read moreThis review and 5-star rating is only for Quamara she's such a gem 10/10. I just came to cash a check. And while waiting in the line I couldn't help but noticed customers are giving her a hard time with yelling and disrespectful her. I felt very uncomfortable in setting for her and Quamara kept it nothing but very professional with them by still speaking in a very calm kind tone. I Can tell she's very kind and has a sweet personality and has tough skin because she's always smiling. I don't appreciate this establishment allowing customers to verbally abuse her. Nobody should be going through that. Please kick those rude people out the door and deny service. We stan Quamara! Thanks for your hospitality queen you are too pretty and gentle to accept this from your customers. and also to the management y'all should be paying her EXTRA for her to stop the task she's doing to come run and translate for another client that can't speak English when she could've be handling her first...
