The Sweet Tooth — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

Had to rewrite this after my recent visit back over here. Why did they fire the receptionist who's been handling my orders the past 5 years here, especially before covid? Michael, I spoke with Ashley and found it disrespectful to fire someone on religious discrimination. An establishment mainly with Jews and she's been working there longer than you've probably been managing anything, and you're offended because you believe she might offend someone ELSE? Make it make sense. You're supposed to be selling chocolate, not giving disrespect to HELPFUL workers. Since I cannot reply to this misinformed reply to the new comment of mine :)google change that so we set people right! I am genuinely leaving this review here since I've been to sweet tooth more and longer than this new management so I know the fellow workers and have enjoyed the chocolates here for a VERY long time. Faithfully. This is also not a personal attack, it's facts being put out there yet it isn't something you folks don't personally like. God is almighty! There has been no CLEAR search that there are reviews in Florida too and with that said, Ive spoken to employees still there and was suppose to speak to the new owner as well yet, they never reached out to me! I used the Sweet Tooth for the past 15 years for my companies clients and was ALWAYS delighted in the excellent and personal service we recieved from Eric, the former owner. Whoever took over his business will not be in business long from my recent experience. The basket I ordered was $145.00 BEFORE delivery charges and taxes. NOT inexpensive. There were NO BAKED goods in the basket at all!! They used the cheapest, tackiest basket to house a bunch of chocolate with absolutely NO pizazz! You can not speak to anyone to address any issues since they do not answer the phone. Such a waste of money not to mention how embarassed I was at the sad looking basket with the floppy bow that I sent as a personal gift to my Physician. Last time I will EVER order from the Sweet Tooth. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Such a shame, they USED to provide quality...

This place is absolutely incredible. Every single chocolate is an experience!!! you can truly taste the love and care that goes into each piece. My kids kept saying it felt like stepping into Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

The owner is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. He gave us a personal tour of the factory, showing us how everything works behind the scenes, and even let us make a couple of chocolates ourselves. (They may open this as a hands-on activity in the future highly recommend if they do)

The staff are wonderful too—so friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming. Please go visit for yourself and see how special this place really is!
