El Rinconcito Argentino Bakery — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

Watch out!! Food excellent, but Customer Service/ attention is terrible.

If you are Argentinian you may find this not too bad... but if you are American or any other country where customer service is important. Be prepare here. The customer service is terrible. 👎

Things like this you can face:

Employees start to snort if you take too much time to choose. ( really? )

They were charging me 23 dollars less by mistake, I told the the cashier and she did not even said thanks? (oh ok you are welcome anyways)

When start getting crowded a blond lady starts to shout to everyone in a bad mood. (this point and number 1 is like .. WTF? You live from this, treat your customers as deserve)

Needed to ask many time for extra plastic bags to separate the food from the bakery. And the lady got angry, and stop putting things in the bag for me to do it?

I took My family there yesterday on 8/8/2021 at around 4:55PM and do to COVID I told family to seat outside for dinner, so I walked inside to place our orders but when I walked in all three ladies behind the counter took off in different directions like they did not want to help me or serve me, one finally came back and started to take my order and two seconds into my order she dropped the pen and said I have to go to the bathroom and left me talking to myself, a few minutes later another one of the “track stars” came back and said: what do you want? As I begun to tell her I’m guessing a friend of hers showed up with what had to be a pitbull on steroids (which she had a very hard time controlling), so the lady behind the counter again stops me mid order and walks past me to greet her friend and dog outside as I stood there I decided to leave with what was left of my dignity and find another place to feed my family of four and promised to never ever go...
