If I could rate them 0 stars I would!! I placed an order through grubhub because I wanted to try their mangu and mango juice. At first they refunded me for the drink because it was unavailable, and that's fine. But then they went ahead to cancel my whole order. I thought it was a mistake so i called the store to see what was going on. And then as I'm asking my question the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful and cut me off! And to top it off she hangs up on me.. So I called back to speak with a manager to try to resolve things easier and she picks up once again and says there's no manager. How can a business run with no manager or supervisor on duty? This place is doing a horrible job and if they think they can keep their business with rude workers like that then they should just close down their store at this point to be very honest. Worst experience ever and I will definitely NOT be returning ever. They won't get not even a penny out...

All I ate there was their Cuban sandwich and Cafe Cubano. Haven't tried their cooking. Love their sandwich Cubano even though it's exactly the same as everyone else's. EDITED REVIEW: Enjoyed a delicious and fairly-priced breakfast today, a Sunday afternoon a few minutes after they stopped serving it. Because it was after their noon cutoff, they charged a buck over their menu price. They also tack on a 15 percent tip and, if you use plastic to pay, they stick you with a 3 percent service fee. Nevertheless, I ate a couple of fried eggs, a pair ham slices, a bunch of bacon, two croquettes, toasted Cuban bread, some french fries, a coffee with milk and a large glass of orange juice. I didn't eat the french fries. Everything was delicious. My daughter had a sandwich that looked wonderful. My daughter's BFF had the steak and eggs. My favorite breakfast spot!! Their Dominican breakfast is bomb and their egg sandwich is amazing, even tho they do charge a little extra for onions and tomatoes mixed in. Totally worth it. Their steak sandwiches are the best in the area! People complain of staffs rudeness but honestly they aren't really that bad considering clients are worse and want their food in a hurry even there is a huge rush in the mornings. In my opinion they are super friendly and amazing people! Ive been going there for almost 8 years and haven't had toast like theirs anywhere else in North Miami Beach or Miami Gardens.
