I found BoxStop through a listing on OfferUp, and the man who runs the store was very helpful, he was quick to respond to my messages and to any questions I had even when in store, and he was happy to help me compare some items I was choosing between. The store has a really wide selection of appliances, from hardware and lightbulbs to washer/dryers, refrigerators, lighting fixtures, and more, and they're really fairly priced! I ended up browsing the store to see if there was anything else since I was so impressed with the inventory and the name brands that were carried. I ended up taking home a Simplehuman trash can and a Grohe shower head, both brand new and I got them for a great deal! I've already referred friends over to this store and will most definitely be back in the future. Overall, I was really impressed with the selection and am happy to have a physical open box store nearby, it's great to give these items a second chance instead of ending up...

I had a really disappointing experience with this seller. They tried to sell me a washing machine that was visibly damaged — full of dents and scratches — for the exact same price as a brand-new, undamaged unit. When I pointed this out, instead of acknowledging the issue, the seller acted like it was no big deal and even got disrespectful with me.

It’s unacceptable to treat customers like they don’t know what they’re buying or to assume they’ll just take whatever’s handed to them. If you value honesty and basic respect, I’d strongly recommend buying elsewhere.
