It was my first time visiting this establishment, and I must say that Silva and Lloyd were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Their service was genuine, professional, and generous. The pricing was reasonable, and they even refrained from charging me for inspecting and repairing one of my chains. I had two chains and a watch that needed attention. Instead of charging me for fixing another piece that did not necessarily require it, he was able to utilize his expertise and innovative skills to rectify the issue without any additional charge. The quality of service and courteousness were outstanding. I was initially on my way to another jewelry store, but after receiving such exceptional service here, there was no need to go anywhere else.

I have come here to replace batteries on 5 watches total. From the first time, one out of three stopped working after a couple of weeks. I didn't think much of it since it wasn't a remotely fancy watch. Fast forward a year later, I made my way back here again to get replacement batteries on two more watches, and hours later my special watch - not crazy expensive but a gift from my dad - fogged up while I was cooking and baking. I am here currently and they responded that they "do not guarantee water resistance after the watches have been opened." Mind you, this is the FIRST time ever this had happened to me after a battery replacement. They are working on my watches at the moment but I don't think I'll be coming back here. I went in there today, not to buy any jewelry, but because my Pinky ring was NOT coming out and it was swollen and the pain woke me up 3 times last night. I met up with Lloyd, who is a talented, friendly, and dedicated craftsman that literally SAVED me a trip to the ER or the Urgent Care. Mr. Lloyd was preparing for literal surgery on my finger BUT, he was able to use his skills and get it out with some special lotion and finally alleviate my poor finger.
