Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Now I know never to come here again I really hope other people read this. The young short dark skin girl at the cash register who said her name is "Angel", which I highly doubt because she acts like a demon, got an attitude with me when I told her next time she should inform customers before paying if they are out of stock on something. First had to wait 5-10 minutes to get a pizza & she has this horrible attitude the whole time then I look at the $5 lunch combo that's advertised everywhere in the store, right in front of me on the cash registers, and clearly tell her I want the cherry vanilla Pepsi which I looked over quickly in the fridge & didn't see any but I figured they had some stocked in the back since she let me pay for it. After paying I ask if it will be in the fridge which she said yes, go back over to look again more thoroughly & there's none in there. I informed her, she looks in the back, & says they are out. While asking for a refund she continues to check people out in line,calls the manager over,who tells her to give it to me in cash. After receiving my refund is when I mention she should let future customers know before paying when they are out of stock on something she chooses to get an attitude with me saying "I should have looked in the fridge". Employees should not be able to get away with talking to customers like this I tell her "it's your job" they clearly didn't care since they were closing down. I would hope higher ups actually care to look over these reviews so they can go over issues with their employees before more customers recognize how awful the service is & refuse to come again.I noticed another older dark skin lady laughing at the way the employee treated me. Warning ⚠--- Safety hazard at this location I came to this location September 12th around 12pm for two boxes of pizzas as I'm waiting for my order to be took no one addressed me at the counter no one say I'll be with you in a moment when clearly they see me standing at the register so I stood there for a good 35 minutes give and take as I'm standing there another Little Caesars employee come in the restaurant she passed the sink and put her bags down full of hot dog buns came to the counter had a conversation with one of the customers in Spanish took her hand and wiped the sweat off her face then begin to take my order so I proceeded to tell her what I would like I made the purchase she went towards the back I had a clear eye view on her she proceeded to take the dough and put it in the metal baking pan she also grab a bag of pepperoni she then took her unwashed unsanitized bare hands without a glove into the pepperoni bag to put a couple of pieces on the pizza I immediately called her to the counter politely ask her for refund I didn't want any confrontation so I choose not to tell her why was I'm asking for a refund she gave me that refund prepare pizzas without her hands being washed or any gloves on her hands as I noticed she is not the only employee there that did not wash there hands when they handling multiple things...

Two stars only because the price is very convinent. That being said the current employees are unprofessional. You're at work, no need for airpods. Maybe giving your full attention will prevent future mistakes. I ordered online and waited an extra 15 mins after "ready" time to ask where my order was at. Was showed where it was located and told another employee is finishing it up. I know what I ordered, everything was already there except the second side of breadsticks (which they already have a whole bunch already packaged, all they had to do was add one to my order.). I basically waited 5 more minutes for the employee to grab one more premade breadstick bag and place it on top of my order. Drove home to find out that one of the two pizzas they gave me was incorrect and they forgot to add the cup of pizza sauce I paid for. Apart from the pizza and crazy breadsticks, I'm not sure if it was because my order sat for so long, or who ever was cutting lacked force, but I basically had to rip apart the italian breaksticks hoping it would resemble a rectangle. As a former worker in fast food, I understand after some time working you just want everything to be over with, fortunately I still cared about my store's image and worked my ass off if needed.
