This health food store is a breath of fresh air. I really commend the staff for keeping real food in their health food store. Recently all health food stores seem to focus on supplements which makes me feel robbed of the feeling of eating real food gives me. I love love love their black turmeric powder. I put it in their veggie capsules they have available in store. I take it instead of Advil during my period and when I have a headache, and poof no pain. It also gives me great energy and mood. I also love their organic local jujube fruit, and organic japanese sweet potatoes. Their purple garlic is amazing too! I’ve also been taking their raw unfiltered Florida fermented turmeric honey and it has done wonders for my sinuses and allergies. They have such an eclectic collection here. There’s always something new to look forward to! I’m super grateful...

A delightful family owned health food store. It's very well stocked and the owners are very knowledgeable on all the products in the store. All of your vitamins, supplements, herbs and nuts can be purchased here. There is even a refrigerated section of juices and vegetarian foods.

I purchased vitamins and a detox. The owner gave me explicit and helpful guidance on how to take them. Then she gave me a health challenge. Being one to never back down from a good challenge, I've assured her that I will definitely be back in 1 month!
