Jerusalem Pizza — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

So the pizza is great and so is the pricing. I'm writing this review after a second time being stumped by showing up and not having service. If u want anything other than pizza on Saturday night don't go here. This morning I went in for breakfast because I decided for their awesome pricing I'm going to become a regular. I drove in to have breakfast with my girlfriend a further distance than I normally would were it not for the for pricing for kosher food and the door was locked by another customer. I couldnt get in but waited until another customer left. I begged the Argentinean guy to make me 2 breakfasts as I was becoming a regular. He told me he can't. I dont know if I can trade off the pricing for horrible service and availability. Its the service industry its worth more to get food for a bit more expensive and be able to rely that they will have...

Very surprised with the bad customer service here on two separate occasions. A few months ago I called to order a couple of slices for pickup. I told them I was in the car on my way. The said they don’t take slice orders over the phone. I told them I was in a hurry and all I wanted was for the slices to be warm so I could grab and go, but they wouldn’t even do that!

Today I called to order dinner for my family. They marked that they do “contactless delivery” on their Google profile. When I asked if they can bring it out when I get there (literally a delivery right outside of the store), he said nope, you have to come in and get it. I told him what their Google profile says and he just stubbornly repeated himself.

This place is definitely off my list of Kosher options. I’d rather drive to Aventura where they actually appreciate...

It was my first time here so I had to leave a review. The service itself was fine and fairly quick. All I got was 2 slices which means they serve slices. I’m not sure if it’s all day but I got mine around 2 pm. The reason for the 3 stars, plain and simple my pizza was overcooked and slightly burnt. One more then the other. The reason I don’t give it a flat out 1 Star is because even though I didn’t like the condition the pizza was in, the flavor was still pretty good. I can tell the ingredients are not cheap and they have good flavor. I will give them another try and hopefully not get overcooked slices. I will update...
