When it came to the sales experience it was very positive, Jean was very nice. I went to store, received very good hospitality and felt I left with a great deal. I purchased two mattresses and two box springs. However, when it was time to pick up the product, the mattress I was promised was not available at the warehouse. They tried to give me a very cheap mattress that was "equivalent to the price of my purchased mattress". That specific mattress was offered to me at the store and I declined to take the day of purchase. As a result, I was basically strong armed to pay an additional $150 ($75 each) for better quality mattresses. Furniture to go offered a refund, but at this point I needed the mattresses and would have wasted my time (approximately 1 hour) at store and (approximately 2 hours going back and forth) at distributor warehouse. This place needs new management or better business practices. First we had furniture on layaway paying every month when we did the final payment they said the color we ordered is not in stock😳wait “layaway “ means we chose you put it aside and we pick when we pay. Then they sent us to the warehouse after we gave them the final payment, they are clueless over there because they can’t find a similar replacement then when they do in a total different color they said they not helping us put it on the pickup truck because of company policy 😡who does that. Then the so called manager said he will give us a discount, How ?? we had to pay in full at the store then come at the warehouse. Literally spent $4,000 worth of furniture and paid for delivery and assembly and only 1 piece of furniture was assembled and I have ordered more than 5. I explained to the rep my situation with my kids and how I wanted a small bunk bed for my two toddlers (who are under 5 years old and present at time of purchase) and I was assured the bed would be small because they are toddlers and my main goal with the new furniture is to optimize the space in their room. I showed the lady exactly what I am looking for. The bed that was delivered to me was over 5 feet and took up half of the room. Once the dresser is placed in there, there’s no room for anything else.
