UPDATE: No more green beans. Now they offer the best damned macaroni and cheese I've ever had out of a fast-food place. Delicious!

I had to find out if their chicken sandwich was all that. Of course I had to bring some witnesses, my grandchildren. Ordered the "Family Feast"--five sandwiches and 12 pieces of chicken to feed five. Included biscuits and sides. We ordered it ahead online, expecting to simply pick it up at the appointed time. Nah. Too easy. They were very exact about filling this giant shopping bag with each and every item we ordered, but it took them FOREVER!! It took them a half an hour to locate the chicken, the buns, the red beans and rice, and green beans. Not to mention the fried apple pies. The sandwiches were a smash hit. The bun was brioche-perfect, the chicken was crunchy with a hit of chile-spice, tender and juicy. Pickles added some sourness to counter the sweet and spicy mayo. The biscuits were perfect, fluffy and buttery. The green beans were cooked for a long time with flecks of ham providing a bit of smoky taste. The rice and beans were fine, flavorful. The apple pies were more pie than apple filling, but that was expected. All in all for a fast-food cheap meal, it was worth the extra time and the money. I'd give it five stars, but the slowness in getting me in and out knocked off...

My experience with this location was below subpar. The workers were not only rude but, were extremely unprofessional during my whole interaction. It got to the point where cashier got an attitude and proceeded to use an aggressive tone with me. To which I had to politely give her a reality check of the environment that she's choose to be in and if it wasn't the best work environment for herself, she should choose another career path that's more her speed. Now to food, the food was not only cold but, incorrectly made which was the icing on the cake. And when I asked for a simple request to change out my drink order the workers decided to gossip about me as if I was not more than 25 ft away from them.

Sidenote: To the young lady with the nasty attitude and multiple herpes labialis (cold sores) to which you were constantly touching without gloves on while touching/handling other's orders and drink. Corporate has been made aware of your workplace actions and I hope you look forward to the...

Horrible experience. Got there around 10:30 pm, line was very long through the drive through, 4 cars ahead in the que. Tool 20 minutes for them to get to me. By then, the lady was muffled beyond comprehension at the drive through. I requested a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a side of spicy sauce. Requested fresh hot, and fresh fries Also notified them of an online order while waiting in the nearly hour que. 30 minutes later my car made it to the window to pay. Was given the incorrect.

I told her the order was wrong and she told me how she was right, I received a hot piece of chicken two pickle slices with bread....no sauce, no spicy, no fresh fries, stale sitting out for who know how long. Three people inside going incredibly slow as if they just don't care about their job. Absolutely gross. I mentioned I also had an online order that was not yet ready after nearly 50 minutes sitting waiting for...
