Five Below — Local services in North Miami Beach

I stopped by for the first time and was amazed at the prices for everything. So I got excited and scanned through the whole entire store. When I got to SELF CHECKOUT, there was a guy (Marco) who rushed over to me with his hand out, im guessing to scan it for me as if I were planning to steal . I politely asked him if this was self check out and he stated, “yea”. So I said to him well why are you hovering over me with your hand out and he stated,” I’m trying to prevent theft”. there is supposed to be a “manager” that works there didn’t want to give me his name “spanish guy” he thinks I was bothering him while he was on the phone at work… didn’t want to help and has an attitude.. i have had problems with him 2 times, looks down on blacks, i am black hispanic, he didn’t know that that I could speak spanish !! . I am gonna get his name and report him to corporate sooner...

Terrible customer service , asked for a manager and he came from the back asking me what do I want and that I’m disturbing his lunch , five below at Jeffery plaza his name is Ricardo . He was yelling at me and made me feel Very uncomfortable and scared so I just left .
