Marshalls — Local services in North Miami Beach

I would like to say that I normally shop at this particular Marshall's at least 3x out the mo the whether it be with my two kids or by myself. My last experience their was so unwelcoming I felt like I wasn't welcome their as a guess! I basically picked up a pair of sneakers they recently received at wanted to take advantage of the deal since the actual retail value cost nearly 200! After picking up the shoes an continued shopping for another pair of shoes, I notice an alarm starting buzzing, my first impression I assume it was the fire alarm but after honing my senses I found out that it was the box of shoes I recently pick up, so I immediately stop in my tracks to look around an as soon as I did, I notice an associate approaching​me full speed with a great just the hand movement to hand over the merchandise an after that transaction she left briefly then returned about 2-3 after an didn't even acknowledge the fact that I wanted the shoes since I was in the same place I encountered her at, as she attempted to place the shoes back (not in designated area) but just anywhere an once I said hello she stated u want the shoes a said sarcasticly like yes that's when she handed them back to me. Those were the only shoes in that color for my size but after realizing what just happened an how unprofessional she was, my experience their was ruined an I am very dissatisfied about it an will not shop their again. I also called the manager an explained the events leading up to my displeasure but from the sound of his assertive tone it seem he was sincere about loosing a customer so I'll gladly take my business...

This location has the worst customer service at cashier . I wanted to get a pair of crocs that had visible signs of wear and tear but it was the only one in my size and it didn’t have tags or anything . Elaine at front desk did noting to accommodate the situation. I asked for a 10% off or something I shop at marshals / tj max daily she was rude and brutal saying” it’s not used it’s people trying it on with dirt” She then walked away and started to text on her phone , I know when something is used and returned they always give a discount . Specially when it has no tags on it . Nevertheless I won’t be coming back to...

It's not so big store but is well provided with items of great brands to lower prices, I usually come here and find great prices for Calvin Klein and Perry Ellis. This time it was a little different with the cashier though, usually the put your items in a bag and hand it over to you or put it in front of you. This cashier just leave it with the place to grab it facing her and in her side of the counter and giving a look like "you have to grab it", if it wasn't for this it would be a 5 star visit, I wasn't the only one with...
