Rainbow Shops — Local services in North Miami Beach

I didn't enjoy my recent visit here on 5/7/22. When I walked into the store, one of the workers looked at me with a look of hatred and immediately walked away as if I did something wrong. The store was very bundled up and it wasn't easy to get from one part of the store to the next. I was disappointed to see that the fitting rooms were still closed. When I went to go pay, the worker snatched the clothes out of my hands without greeting me. However, the customer that checked out before me was treated very well, the workers smiled and greeted her. It took two workers just to check out one customer. Instead of opening two registers because there was a line, the other worker refused to open another register. She decided to bag the items instead. They placed the bag on the counter and rudely told me my total. The customer service here is terrible and I don't plan on returning...

Es una tienda económica, barata , venden ropa zapatos ,ropa interior de mujer ,carteras , ahora viene el frío y han sacados abrigos buenos en lo personal hoy fui para comprar unas chancletas cómodas pero solo te ponen de muestra 1 chancleta y te dicen que la otra está en la ventana , voy a la ventana y me dan una chancleta de un color y otra de otro color totalmente distintos los colores,. Aunque el modelo de chancletas era el mismo los colores eran diferentes , es una tienda que recomiendo por lo barata que es , la atención al cliente es mala . La tienda estaba limpia e incluso cuando entré a la tienda una mujer que trabajaba en la tienda estaba pasando la aspiradora ya que el piso de la tienda es de alfombra . Podría ser una mejor tienda si mejoraran la atención al cliente ya que es una tienda que los precios son baratos y sobretodo que tuvieran mejor organizada la mercancía que venden como es posible que de nuestra tengas los zapatos disponibles y cuando busca el otro zapato no es de el mismo color que el otro zapato ,. Preguntas por el mismo color y diseño y te dicen que está en la venta o en la caja a la hora de pagar , y cuando preguntas a las personas que trabajan en el lugar te dicen que esas tallas que están disponibles son las qué hay si están de buen humor te ayudan a buscar el otro zapato del mismo color que te va a hacer difícil poder encontrar ,si mejorarán esas cositas serían una mejor tienda tendrían más ventas , e el cliente se iría contento con el buen servicio atención y con sus partes de zapatos de un mismo color sin tener que ir a buscar en la ventana y que te tengan como pelota de pin pon , como cliente sientes que el viaje no valió la pena gastaste tu...

Can anyone explain why this Rainbow store have "currently" all fitting rooms closed?! They been "currently" closed past 5 years since covid in 2020?! I used to be solid customer, but stopped shopping there since they never re-opened fitting rooms. But that's why you go to the store that you can try things on. If I wanted to deal with non fitting clothes and exchanges I can shop at on-line stores. This...
