A Must-Do Experience in North Myrtle Beach!
Jack Axe is hands down one of the best hidden gems in North Myrtle Beach! We came here with a group and had an absolute blast. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, especially Justin, explained everything clearly, and made safety a top priority without taking the fun out of it.
The vibe is awesome—high-energy hangout. The lanes are clean and well-organized, and the digital scoring system makes it super easy to keep track of your game. Even if you’ve never thrown an axe before, the coaches give you tips and techniques to help you stick that bullseye (and you will!).
It’s also surprisingly family-friendly—our teens loved it, and it was a great way to compete and laugh together. They also have a great selection of snacks and drinks, and the playlist kept the energy up the whole time.
Whether you’re celebrating something, looking for a group activity, or just want to blow off some steam—Jack Axe is the place. Highly recommend making a reservation, especially during peak times.

Read moreI can't say enough great things about this place! Carter really knows how to run a business! You can tell he has been in the entertainment industry for a long time! My husband and I came here for a date earlier this year and had a blast so we decided it would be fun to have my 43rd birthday party here with about 15 of our friends! Carter and his staff went WAY above and beyond to make my party awesome! Not only did he give us a GREAT deal, he even went as far as to make us some DELICIOUS fresh pizzas, and got me an ice cream birthday cake and played the "Birthday Song" by the Beatles on the loud speakers! This is not only a fun date night, family night, or friend night, but it is probably one of the most fun places I've ever had a birthday party so if you're looking for somewhere amazingly fun to celebrate or hang out, trust me, this is the place to go! He also has an incredible selection of specialty beers, ciders, wines, etc! Thanks again, Carter!! We'll be...
Read moreWe had a rainy evening while on vacation and I am glad we did because we found this gem while looking for something to do! We were a party of 7 and only a couple of us had done axe throwing before. I can't remember his name but the tall gentleman that greeted us upon entering was very friendly with amazing customer service. He was very thorough with explaining axe throwing and helping out when needed. My brother went from not being able to stick the axe in the board to being able to get it to stick practically anywhere he wanted to on the board before our time was up because this gentleman took the time to help him. We all had the best time and my kids were begging to go back. The youngest being 8 the normal axe was too heavy for him so they had a smaller axe and some throwing stars for him to use. We will definitely make this a normal part of our vacation now...
