Young's Jewelry — Local services in North Olmsted

Went in on a Saturday ordered an Italian horn. Was told it would be in on Wed. I called Friday as I received no call. Find out it is on backorder!!! No call, which is why I'm upset as this was a birthday gift for my daughter coming home from college tomorrow. Had they called I would of had time to run out for another gift, but I'm a business owner and work 3 shifts. Very disappointed and upset. A simple call explaining it was on backorder! Went to Young’s to get my partners chain fixed. The clasp had just broken but it was an expensive chain so I didn’t want to take it just anywhere. I stopped in and the owners son was working, he was amazing! He immediately knew what he was doing and fixed the clasp for me in less than 5 minutes!

Everyone there was so kind, so knowledgeable, AND it’s family owned and I love supporting small business.
