Doctor and receptionist was giving me an attitude from the beginning when I was just asking questions about insurance. I was very patient with them as I didn't want to be there as much as they did due to covid, but I needed new glasses. Only polite person was the young nurse in the office. Also I wasn't offered any options for lens besides their "high quality lens". I didn't know I was getting antiglare until my glasses came in. I didn't ask for it. I was wondering why the cost was so high. Never asked me if I wanted transition or blue light filter. I was only given one option. Will not be going back. Service seemed halfa$$. The eye doctor is personable, smart and efficient, using up-to-date equipment to take detailed images of the insides of the eyes, and then showing me, the patient, what it looks like. I've used this office for about seven years and the service has always been friendly and accommodating, with flexible times for eye appointments. My prescriptions for progressive lenses and reading glasses have always been right, and the office is next to the sales center for eyeglass frames and lenses. The doctor is good but the lady at the front desk who takes appointments is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was just asking about the charge over the eye exam because i’ve been coming here for over 5 years but don’t remember paying some part of the exam. I thought our insurance would cover 100% the exam but guess not.
