Doctor and receptionist was giving me an attitude from the beginning when I was just asking questions about insurance. I was very patient with them as I didn't want to be there as much as they did due to covid, but I needed new glasses. Only polite person was the young nurse in the office. Also I wasn't offered any options for lens besides their "high quality lens". I didn't know I was getting antiglare until my glasses came in. I didn't ask for it. I was wondering why the cost was so high. Never asked me if I wanted transition or blue light filter. I was only given one option. Will not be going back. Service seemed halfa$$.
