The Flower Market — Local services in North Platte

I have never been so disappointed in a flower arrangement in my life. I'm older and have bought flowers for a fair number of funerals. I'm out of town, so I relied on the previous reviews. I recently ordered a Designer's Choice arrangement for a funeral of a family member. The online price of the premium arrangement was $85, and I wanted to make sure it was extra nice, so I added $15 to make it $100. With tax and delivery it came to $122. I had no problem with the amount assuming it would be nice and include some interesting flowers. I wish I had taken a picture to show what I'm talking about, but taking a picture seemed inappropriate at a funeral. There was not a single interesting flower in it. Not even a rose. It was mostly the mum variety. Cheap Fall flowers. In the summer. I have only ever posted positive reviews, so I called to let them know how disappointed I was rather than post a one star review. I talked with the receptionist and later the manager, both of whom were sweet and sympathetic, but no adjustment was offered. I was told that in the future I should specify (apparently even in a Designer's Choice) what kind of flowers I want. Ok.......

I order an arrangement at approximately 10am and they confirmed it would be delivered that same day. The arrangement wasn't delivered until the NEXT day at 530pm. I called and talked to a nice girl and asked to have the manager, Sara call me back regarding it. It's now been 3 days since the order with no contact. They definitely made sure to charge my card the day it was supposed to be delivered though. Not only did they drop the ball, the manager won't even respond. They wrote down the address wrong and didn't even bother to call me, after I was told they would send pictures prior to delivery. Would...

Sarah and her team did a fantastic job with our wedding flowers. The floral arrangements were one of the highlights of our day and we received many compliments. Sarah and I met a couple months before the wedding to discuss ideas and options. This was one of my favorite wedding planning meetings of the whole process.
