Went into the store to get an upgrade and all I got from the employees was problems. I was told that I'm not an "authorized user" so I couldn't get a new phone, no helpfulness or other recommendations. So I asked can I called the authorized user on my plan to get it approved? And then said no... so I went outside of the store to call anyway b/c I know you can. I call and ask questions to my authorized user and he says if they just called him they should be able to do it there and get their pin. So I'm like ok I can tell them that b/c I didn't know you needed a pin. So I go back into the store and a lady with black hair comes up to me and asks if I need help and I tell her my new information I got. She proceeded to be super rude and say we don't do that and you need to an authorized user otherwise get out of the store basically. She was snippy and definitely tried causing drama for no reason. I'm not a confrontational person and I'm really nice so I leave the store again and my authorized user calls me again and says I've never had problems like this before they do it in Lincoln, Omaha, Kearney, everywhere. He tells me he called the Kearney store and that they would have had no issues doing it like that b/c ALL the stores are allowed to do it. So he tells me I'm authorized user so I'm not stuck with my broken phone. I go into the store for the 3rd time and different lady comes up to me and asks if I need help and I say I'm an authorized user and need a new phone. The rude lady with black hair proceeded to smile and look at her co-workers and basically say I told you that's how it's supposed to be. I've never met such a rude and terrible person. Why are there so many rude people? I shouldn't have to write about this but she made me feel helpless and that I was nothing and that it's her way or the highway even though it could been simple with one phone call for the pin which they refused to do super unhelpful. So I'm getting my new phone and the rest of the employees go to the back while I'm the only customer in the store and talk about the drama. This whole process took about 4 or 5 hours they wasted sooo much of my time and I saw maybe 2 customers in that time frame. Maybe it's b/c of this rude lady that no comes here, I think she should be fired or trained properly b/c she does not know how to treat people right. 10 out 10 WILL NOT be going back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst customer service centers are in Kearney in North Platte Nebraska they always seem to be in a rush and not helpful but willing to push you onto others without resolving your issue and rude and I've also had the same problem not even being acknowledged in these stores go to Grand island they are a lot nicer bought a Galaxy S10 plus had nothing but problems with it call the t Tech 2 line found that there was something wrong with the phone had to drive an hour all the way back to get nothing but a hassle out of the employer did not even no I was on the phone with a level Tech to agent listening to the wholeI had to hand her the phone after dealing with it for probably 20 to 25 minutesbefore I had told her the level tattoo aging was on the phoneand she seen it right in the notations and ignored the fact that it was deemed a bad phone to send it back to US Cellular and get your money back or a different and said that the phone was defected she trying to charge me the 30% restocking fee and I had to level Tech 2 person on the phone with me the whole time and he heard how I was being treated in reported the agent that was working at US Cellular in Kearney and then when I wanted my money back they said they didn't have it they would have to send it in a check I had to wait 2 weeks to get my $1,050 back worst customer service I've ever dealt with the only reason why I stay with you as cellular because the service is better and reaches further in the country so if you live in the Grand island area I suggest you visit them they are very nice understandable people willing to help...
