I'm so disappointed in this store! I have been a customer of only this store since my first cell phone 20+ years ago and in February when I needed a router connected to my line (I had the router) I was told that they didn't even know if that old product could be connected and didn't even listen to me. Instead they kept saying I could try their jet pack and made it sound like I could return it in 3 days with no problems. It was NEVER mentioned that I would pay an activation fee/upgrade fee for $29.09 that ended up not being refunded. I returned the product the very next day and they couldn't return it because a manager wasn't there. I left the product with them so it could be done when the manager was there and left my router there because Jasmine and Lienal was going to work on figuring out how to get it connected. Days later after I called Verizon customer service, I could get the line easily added but needed the device to get information from the device to hook it up. I drove back to the store got my device hooked up. Then Jasmine said she'd give me my return on the jet pack. When she said my refund was $7 and some change I was shocked and asked why it wasn't the $29.09 and was told, "I don't know" I'm DONE DOING BUSINESS with them after being...

I really dislike tech change, in fact I haven’t set foot in a Verizon store in over 9 years, I can think of a million better things to do rather than upgrade my phone. I just want things to work, and roll on with real life. Amy acknowledged everyone that came in timely, she was the only one working on rather big tasks for myself and other customers, and still helped even more people that had simpler issues without making them wait until my drama was over, and without making them feel unimportant. Not only was it almost closing time, the customer before me was having difficulty getting a new product to work the rep kept her cool even when her support line ( not her supervisors) was very unhelpful and down right rude. This girl stayed until way late, got me a new phone and still needed to drive 3+ hours home. Her supervisor was available the whole time and was fantastic as well.
