Horrible service and communication

One gentleman actually was heard making snid comments about taxes and arguing when all that was happening was relaying what we were told when we first came in on a Sat that was a different gentleman.

We were told that the parts ( plural ) had to be ordered and would be in and fixed on Monday. 1 part wasn't even ordered or known about by the 2nd man and then the other part showed up 3 days later.

When we spoke with the 2nd gentleman explaining everything he simply didn't care or didn't show it, just kept saying oo well.

They need better records or tracking or communication among the employees and customers.

We will not be returning and not recommending...

This place is a joke. Took my cell phone here to have the battery replaced. Dropped it off and came back 2 hours later to be told they still didn’t have it done… was told it would be done in 30 mins. Then, while we were waiting in the shop the guy informs us that the battery isn’t fitting. This is after he told us he had the right battery. Then we waited 20 more minutes for him to put my phone back together while he kept interrupting working on it to take personal calls. Ridiculous. This place should not be in business.
