This was my third and final place to shop for my wedding dress. My first two appointments at other places were fun, exciting and I was treated like a princess. I was very disappointed with the service here and left here feeling striped of excitement and feeling like my day was of no value. I was greeted by Sarah who was cold and monotone...no smile no excitement We tried to show her photos of the one contender dress at another store and she just nodded and didn't seem interested. She then escorted us over to the dresses and told us we had to pick 5 and after I tried those on -then she would assist in picking others. This frustrated me as I attempted to look I had no clue what style or shape the dresses were due to them being bagged up. I voiced my frustration and explained that at my other visits the attendant picked my dresses and brought them to me. She said nothing. No response. Just stood back with her arms crossed. As I got more frustrated while looking, I again voiced that I had no clue what I was looking at and did not really want to pick my own dresses. Sarah proceeded to tell me that she didn't want to waste my time, and I had no obligation to try on any of their dresses. This infuriated me and I walked off. Pretty much said I could just leave. My MOH stayed behind and apparently got them to pick some dresses. So we go into the dressing room where I was told to undress while they (they being- she was training a new person) get the dress off the hanger. There was nowhere to put my belongings other than the floor and I was given no instruction as to where to put my things, so I voiced that and got no response. The girls were facing the wall and then handed me a dress by reaching backward without even looking at me. I stated ...ok this is strange the other appointments put the dress on the floor opened up in a circle so I could just step into it and helped me lift it up. She did not respond. So I attempt to put the heavy dresses on with no help and get them pulled up. Once I had them pulled up then they turned around to assist with fastening. I was rudely told -can you move your hair. I was furious!! This continues as I tried on three other dresses in the same fashion. One was a long sleeve which I had stated that was NOT even what I said I was looking for and I would not be trying that on. I did find a dress that I liked but could not clearly see the back which was my main concern, and I voiced that and go not response. She just stood back and watched. There was only one mirror to look in to. My MOH asked -do we not have mirrors where we can see all of the dress. They said they can go find one. They then brough back a hand mirror which was no help...I still could not see the dress thru that little mirror. I did not get any input, encouragement or attempt to sell that dress. We left there feeling defeated. This place needs mirrors so that Brides can see the front and the back. There needs to be a purse hanger or a bench or somewhere to put your belongings in the dressing rooms. Sarah does not need to be training anyone as she was not personable at all. Being in this profession...you should not be afraid to turn to the person you're assisting and help them get into a dress. This is not JC Penny...this is supposed to be a professional Bridal Store. I will never go back there and will never refer anyone. If it had not been for the horrible experience and bad customer service...I would have bought my dress, there. But instead, I returned to the place who treated me like a human and gave them my business. This is a special time for Brides....
Read moreI am a bride and brought my mother and bridesmaids with me.. from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was awkward. Sarah was my stylist. She walked us over to the dresses and told us to pick 5 options to start. My ladies started picking and she yelled at them when they took one off the rack. She never explained the dresses could only be taken off by her. I hardly looked she refused to take me back to dress until everyone was seated. Then we started changing into the dresses. While in the room she would ask personal questions about myself and the groom and I would tell her and the vibe was very rushed. I have really bad anxiety and I found myself continuously saying I’m sorry I’m sorry.. when I would show my dress to my party she would walk away and roll her eyes and talk about us with the other workers up front. I could only focus on that as I could see her in the mirror behind me. Not once did she say you look beautiful, or I really love this dress on you, etc. she didn’t adjust my train or try to show me how any dress would look bustled. One of my ladies was talking about my dress size being a 16 and she laughed and said actually every dress I have put her in is an 18. It made me feel terrible. She also did not let me or anyone else back over to the rack to look at any more dresses. She went and chose every single other dress for me. I would have liked to have more than 5 minutes to look at options. My sister is also a mom and is currently breastfeeding and needed to pump, her pump is hands free and she made her feel very uncomfortable about that. Dress shopping is supposed to be a memorable experience and instead I literally left and went home and bawled my eyes out in front of my loved ones because of my experience. I was in between my dress and another one at Sundays bridal and I almost chose my second favorite because of the experience alone and decided to not allow her or my experience to prevent me from getting the dress I will feel most beautiful in on my big day! Dresses are not cheap and to spend that much money and have that terrible of an experience was very difficult. While making the sale after I came back in to buy my dress they didn’t even offer me to take a photo with the I said yes to the dress sign, one of my friends had to ask if he get a photo or not. I didn’t get a bell rang or any form of excitement for me buying /finding my dress. I do not recommend this place if you want to have a great experience or feel beautiful. You will definitely leave feeling horrible!!! I was embarrassed my family and friends had to see me bawling my eyes out and not from tears of joy. Sarah, I am disappointed that you ruined an experience that should last my lifetime. I am disappointed I had people fly into Texas from Illinois and Arizona to be there for me and that is what they had to see. I am disappointed you work in an industry that should be uplifting to women, and I was anxiety ridden and left crying. I worked in service for years and I didn’t leave a tip when that is completely out of my nature. I hope this is addressed and that you never allow a bride to leave feeling the way that I felt. I was not smiling in a single photo in my dress. Overall the worst experience I have ever had. The photo...

Great things: Friendly/accommodating staff - they were very understanding when I ran late to my appointment because my previous one ran over. Not pushy sales - I liked my stylist. They let me try on lots of dresses. Browseable racks with a big selection. Racks are extremely well organized and you can pick your first dresses to try. Dressing room - an actual room with a door, felt private. They accept walk-ins Plenty of room if you're bringing a big entourage :)
Be aware: Dress cleanliness - Some dresses had visibly dirty hems. Something to look out for since what you try is what you buy. Sticking to budget - If your budget isn't flexible, you might want to emphasize that. A few dresses my stylist pulled exceeded my budget, and my favorite dress was almost double my budget (an honest mistake, I think). To their credit, the manager lowered the price as much as she could. Prices - The pricing seemed higher compared to other off-the-rack stores I visited BUT they also seemed more able to offer below the tag price. My top two dresses had a significant amount knocked off at the end of the appointment.
The lighting is very bright/fluorescent and seating is simple plastic chairs. Not what I would call a cozy atmosphere - more minimalistic - but spacious and you could easily see the details on the dresses.
I recommend checking them out for the friendly stylists and big selection of...
