I started out my experience with this place really well, until they tried to scam me out of money!!! The tech I was with was very nice and did an outstanding job on my nails. When it came time to pay they had a sheet at the front with different types of QR codes to send the owner the money. ( First red flag because i’m sure the Techs don’t get their tips as they should) they don’t do a card machine because they don’t want to have to pay taxes on it. So I decided to send the money through zelle, since that was one of the options listed on the sheet at the front. I received no communication of a preferred way of sending the payment and the sheet was not clear, so I entered the phone number and the name of the business to send the money through zelle. I proceed to show the techs that the money showed sent on my end and explained the break down of the money I sent. Once I get to my car the nail tech chases me down to tell me the owner “did not receive my money” I sent numerous screenshots proving it went through on my end and that I did in fact send it the correct way. She then states that I have to send it through her name and not the business name (i can only imagine another way to not be reliable for taxes) which was not told or made clear. The owner Ruby then tells me she is going to get the cops involved because I “didn’t send the money” ever after providing her the screenshot proof of my payment being sent. She then looks into my bank account and says that I don’t have enough money in my account to send it and I need to figure out a way to send it again. First of all, I had plenty of money in my account to cover the charge and I explained I was not going to send it again seeing how on my end the money had already been deducted out of my account and sent to the recipient. So I left and she proceeded to harass me via text stating she called the cops because I didn’t pay. The nail tech was so sweet and I do feel really bad she has to work under such terrible management. -1000/10 would I ever recommend this place to...

I have came here a lot of times I mean a lot of times, and I have never been so disappointed & frustrated with these last two times I've been here within a two day period! First time I came on Thursday 09/29/2016 I was in a hour before closing the guy seemed like he was in a huge hurry and didn't want to do my nails he did them the worse that I have ever had my nails done two of them were not even done correct the color was not even on the full nails! The other nails which were a different color looked like there wasn't enough color on them. So I came back today (saturday) told them how unhappy I was with my nails & asked for them to redo them with another color! They told me 28 I told them I literally was just here and they need to be fixed! So the one girl told me 20 I agreed and had another guy redo my nails. Still had to have him fix things and still not done to perfection like I'm used to from here I agreed they would work. I went to pay and he was telling me 28 then 25 I told him I was told 20 and him and the guy that originally did my nails started screaming at the only girl who cared that my nails were not done correctly! Very un professional and I am extremely upset at the way they treated this poor girl! All she was trying to do was help and treat the customer like she actually cared if she came back! so after this last experience I will not be...

Hate this place! Don’t go here EVER! If you go to google maps and look at my pictures of my cut up pinky, you would understand why!!! I got a pedicure and at the same time got my acrylic nails removed. I never post reviews but this place reallyyyyy took the cake! While I got my nails buffered, the man cut me and I yelped and pulled my hand back because that’s instinct when you get hurt! The old lady doing my pedicure starts laughing her head off as if someone said the funniest joke she’s ever heard. The man instantly apologizes and looks flustered and goes and grabs a little bottle of green liquid and puts a couple of drops on my cut because I’m bleeding everywhere! They still make me pay even though my finger is all cut up and I’m in so much pain. It’s been about a week since it happened and my finger still hurts, it’s swollen and purple and red, I can’t do anything with my left hand because it’s that bad of a cut! I’ve been cut before so I didn’t make it a big deal at the salon because I THOUGHT it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was but oh my God is it bad!! That same day my finger was swollen and it’s still swollen now a whole WEEK later! Worst experience ever and will forever have this experience embedded into my head. Look at my pictures on google maps to see for yourself. Never going back and never recommending anyone to this place!...

Horrible experience and I cannot recommend this place. Be warned they may put you with an inexperienced tech. I went to Top Art nails and was injured 5 times by the file and drill. The last time the tech caused me to bleed. My nails were too thin with hardly any acrylic applied to them. As you can see from the video just 4 days later my nail snapped into my nail bed. In response to the company’s reply. I did not show the cuts to my fingers in the video. I filmed the nails to show the thin acrylic and the snapped nail that broke WITHOUT hitting it on a surface. I didn’t want to subject myself to more injury and the owner saw what was happening and didn’t do anything about it as it was happening. I paid so I could leave not wanting further injuries. I went to a different nail salon to fix these mistakes who confirmed the nails were put on improperly, were too thin, and also identified the cuts to my fingers. This company’s response is proof enough of their lack of concern for the customers.

Top tier mail place! The ladies are super kind and do exactly what I ask for while still being creative artists. They actually exceed my expectations every time. They are very helpful in helping come up with ideas, colors, and designs. I think people should remember that these are NAIL ARTISTS and should not be expected to photo replicate what you saw on Pinterest. From my experience, their work is really smooth and solid, and I prefer when they do the thing with dipping the brush into the powder and applying it to the mail rather than dipping my finger in the powder (I don’t know the name for that). It comes out the best when they do it that way. Lots of people mention Lucy who is great, but I’ve never had a bad artist there.

I’ve been coming to Top Art Nails on and off since high school. I am 25 now. Let me just say this, ruby is extremely talented! However, in the last few months I feel that her work has become a little sloppy. She often leaves streaks on my nail designs (pictured below) or doesn’t completely remove the color from a previous fill before starting the new one. It’s little things like that that are really upsetting when you’re paying for something. I also want to point out that her workstation is so filthy! TDLR would surely not approve of these conditions. The rest of the shop is reasonably clean. But Ruby’s work station is unacceptable. I do like top art nails, but after this last experience I will go elsewhere.
