We ordered from Sana through Postmates. We were so excited to have some delicious Indian cuisine after our 12 hour drive to Fort Worth after reading reviews through the app. Pros: The two meals we ordered had good flavor and a nice kick. The rice and naan was also SO yummy!
Cons:On the app it specifies that there is an 8 piece chicken nugget (for our kids) and we opened it to only find 4 nuggets, 2 per kid I guess? 😑 we would’ve doubled our order had we known this was going to happen. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Butter chicken to share. Both were super runny and watery which was SUCH a bummer and both tasted identical. It makes me wonder if they were both the same actually the same thing even though they were labeled as what we ordered. The portion sizes (at least for take out) were SO SMALL. There was a lot of rice but the sauces for each were not even enough for all the rice we had and overall just small portions compared to other places we’ve been. Maybe it’s because we placed our order through Postmates. When we ordered naan we were also surprised that it was small and a single naan was $5.

Read moreWe stopped into Sana to get some spices back in 2012. For those that don't know, Sana has a store attached to the restaurant. We got the chicken wings there and fell in love. But they didn't have a large menu and certain dishes were only made on certain days. This put us off for a while. Fast forward to 11/20/2019: My daughter and I both had the goat biryani. Absolutely delicious! No additional seasoning is needed. The goat was tender and juicy, the basmati rice was fluffy and knocked my taste buds away. But the best dish I tasted was their fish curry. My husband chose this and has proclaimed it his new favorite curry. He let me have some and I know why he loves it. HEAT. If you can't deal with it then do not go to Sana lol. They deliver flavor and heat in a perfect blended curry that is only showed up by the fish. I don't know what type of fish they use but it was perfect! Hot and flaky and full of the curry flavor. So damned delicious! We will be back to...
Read moreSANA Best in DFW for Chicken Tikka Masala! I have been going there for 4 years. I choose this place over any other place in the DFW area hands down no questions asked.
Sana has the best chicken tikka masala and garlic naan I have ever had in Texas and almost comparable to worldwide. I realize this is a bold statement. I have lived in 11 countries and visited 24. I have eaten Indian food all over the world, I currently drive 30 to 45 minutes without traffic to get to go food from there often. I continuously go to other places in the DFW area, 15 or 20 over the last 4 years and 1000% I always go back to Sana. No one compares hands down. I recommend this place to every single person that I talk to you who likes chicken tikka masala. If you like spice they also do a spicy as well you just have to let him know how spicy you want it. The normal is no spice. If you've been trying to find a good chicken tikka masala curry in the DFW area...
