Sam was able to thoroughly diagnose my issue, provide a detailed estimate and constantly gave progress updates at least twice a day until my phone issue was totally resolved (A completely new and undamaged phone was in my hand when it was all over!).

There were no issues with compromised data or missing information/odd phone behavior. This can definitely create anxiety when you're without your phone for an extended time, but this shop proved trustworthy and transparent in how they take care of their customers. You won't find a better man than Sam. I've had the pleasure to work with him in retrieving deleted files on my phone. He has a special talent in repairing things that are broken.
