This Target store is horrible .. I strongly suggest you go to a different location as the moment there is an issue you will get screwed over .
Placed on online order with the Watauga store and received a notification about 40 minutes later that the item was not in stock . No big deal , right ?
I was provided with an option to choose another nearby location or cancel my order and foolishly selected this store .
Online orders have to be picked up that same day or they auto cancel , so I closely watched my emails and notifications in order to head that way once it was ready .
Received a notification an hour before they close that my order was ready and begin to head that way knowing I will just make it in time .
I then received a new notification that my order has now been canceled due to a "technical error" with no other details .
Things happen so I pulled off the road and called them . Attempted to call 6 separate times over the hour to simply check if it was in stock or if I could just come grab it myself , no one answers . You can call any department and you won't get help . The website and app allows you to go around and around and around ... nothing more .
Simply check out the other reviews and you will see that the customer service at the store is non-existent , regardless if you spend $5 or $500 .
Drive the extra 15 minutes to the next location and avoid the headaches that will inevitably occur after dealing with...
Read moreGreat Customer service!! I was bought a turtle beach headset for ps5 a couple days ago. Once I received it, I realized I had an xbox and the ps5 one couldn’t hook up with the xbox. I went to Target around 7 to do a straight swap, same brand just different prototype. There was only one headset of the same kind that was for xbox in stock so I was very lucky. I get home only to realize it looked like the box has been opened before. I opened it and someone replaced the actual headset with an older version that cost less money. We then had to call target again to explain what happened, and they were very understanding. For some reason their was another one left that was misplaced in a different section. We had to travel another 20 minutes there to receive the other headset and to swap it with the one that I previously had received. We showed the workers in the front of the store what had happened, as we already explained it to the technology department, and they were just as shocked as us and admitted that we all got played. In the end, they made a joke of it and we did a straight swap, with us earning $11 for the troubles that we had, which we never asked for. Overall great staff and great...
Read moreNON EXISTING MANAGEMENT - GO TO A DIFFERENT TARGET First off, I hate writing bad reviews- I know people are human and make mistakes but I have had lots of horrible experiences in the last few months at this location and enough is enough!
I have had several issues with this location including 2/2 times I purchased pants through pick-up, security tags were left on, wine bottles thrown together and almost broken, and tonight I did not see one employee working. I spent close to 300 tonight at target and I had to do self check out- not one register was open and it wasn't late at night either, it was around 6:30 pm. I have tried multiple times to bring issues to a manager and nothing gets resolved. I can never get ahold of a manager. I chatted with a person called Avy tonight through the target app and the number this person gave me was this store number after I repeatedly told them I have tried contacting the local store and have had zero luck.
This target, even though it was much more convenient for me, has lost me as a customer, I will spend my money...
