Was excited to hear about a place that was open 24hrs where I could get some cigars after work. I was rather curtly told that I could not come inside and asked what brand I wanted as though they would look for me, but it seemed like I was a bother more than a potential customer.

My friend bought the wrong kind of cigarettes for me, I called them to ask if they would exchange them for the right kind && they were very nice && understanding cuz I live almost 25mins away. Thankfully they are open 24hrs cuz I got there around 3am && they remembered me && exchanged them no problem. They were very nice people. I've had this happen at other places close to where I live && they wouldn't do it. Too bad I don't live closer or I'd come here more...

Cigs is the cheapest & friendliest store I've been to since they first opened. They have everything you need. Other stores don't have time to help customers but this store is different. I sometimes go in with a straight face & back out with a smile, if not laughing . Once you go in for service you'll go back believe me. The 24 /7 service is also great.
