Sharks Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Gross spoiled food, very disrespectful staff. Ordered a 10 piece wing meal and got a cup of Taffy grapes. Opened the grapes and ate one and they were all ROTTEN! I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff and they told me their policy was they could not give refunds on food "If you left the store". I did not leave yet I was still waiting on my chicken order 🐔. I showed the lady the rotten fruit and even pointed out the other cup of grapes was clearly rotten on top. Now the cashier said she's not allowed to give refunds at all she's just the cashier and that id have to come back when "the boss" is here. The man in the back wanted to act like he didn't know English even though I heard him have a conversation with the cashier saying "I don't know what you want me to do, they ate some already right?" Never coming back to this place at all. The chicken was burnt and we did not get our fries or a refund.

Everything in that cooler, from the cookies to the pudding to the cakes are all very very old. They do not switch out their products at all and they wont give you a refund. They will sell you chicken from a order that someone brought back because their order was wrong which means your eating re heated chicken that someone else...

Live close by and love the Sharks menu. What's happening now is the quality of food has gone way down. Very greasy and like leftovers from day before. I used to go there about 4 times a week, but no more. The drive thru is a nightmare, no help and gotten very slow. I was told by another Sharks that this one is a rip off called Super Sharks. To add insult to injury the cook or owner has a very bad attitude and has no business dealing with the public. I was a regular until the last order. I usually spend around $20.00 for lunch for me and my Secretary. I ordered lunch with a side of Fried Mushrooms. They were old, stale and still frozen inside. I asked for a replacement or refund Th owner looked at me with such hate it was scary, then told me to go elsewhere. Wow what a bad attitude. Usually they have good food and good customer service which is why i have ordered from them several times for myself as well as well as work. But last night (12/14/18) will be the last time for either. I placed an order for my family for dinner. When i arrived the cashier asked me what was my order, i proceeded to tell her. After the second or third item she rudely told me she don't need all that. I asked for a receipt after paying for my food. When i looked on the receipt it said Special 3. I simply asked her what was the special 3 because that is not a name on the menu. She told me she don't have time for this and tried to dimiss me. I told her she should be able to answer a question. She continued being rude and dismissive telling me i could leave now.
