Horrible horrible horrible!!! Let me first start with since when canât you place two separate orders through the drive through???? What an inconvenience, when other Popeyes and other fast food restaurants allow you to do separate orders through the drive through!!! Ok, so I went to this location Sunday evening with my sister we went through the drive up and wanted to place two orders like I mentioned earlier and werenât allowed to so we just said whatever and ordered the 14pc family spicy chicken dinner with two sides of mashed potatoes and 7 biscuits... we pull up to the pay window and the girl repeated if we asked for two sides of mashed potatoes we said YES! They told us they had no more mild if spicy is ok? We said we ordered spicy so they take the other chicken out and put spicy.. After we paid we had to wait 30mins all together and had to pull-up.. they bring us out order and we go home. Once we got home I start to take the food out and noticed we werenât given ANY mashed potatoes and the biscuits were hard and cold there was another bag when I opened it theyâre weâre two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. I thought to myself is this a joke?? Also, the chicken was cold and didnât look well cooked!!! We call and ask to speak to the manager his name was jovan we let him know what happened and he said that the biscuits shouldnât of been cold they were just brought out of the oven (lies) that we can come back and he will give us a fresh order. We get there and go inside we tell one of the cashiers we need to speak with jovan and she says heâs on the phone it will be a minute.. tell me why we NEVER see her go and let him know we are waiting to speak to him!! After he got off the phone he was in the back (you can see) pretending to straighten up papers!! My sister gets his attention and asks if he is jovan he says yes so we tell him we just called and handed him our stuff he looks at it and mumbles under his breath like we couldnât hear âpeople are always complainingâ which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially for a manager smh! We watched as he got our order right (finally) and gave us fresh chicken.. didnât even apologize or say anything had his head down the whole time while the girls are staring hard at us and can hear the cook in the back talking load swearing while there are customers!!!! Definitely calling corporate to complain AND NEVER GIVING BUSINESS OR RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!! Very rude and unprofessional employees they have working especially...
   Read moreI visit this Popeyes on Sunday and have called several times with no answer so now I have to post a review here I ordered the surf and turf thatâs shrimps an chicken tender combo which was over 15.00 ok no problem but after standing there waiting on my order I notice there was a special for only 7.99 who wouldnât want to save money so I ask about it and the gentleman who took my order ask I take it the manager who stated we no longer have that special and no one in the company is offering that special anymore and he dfo not know why the sign is there. Ok my complaint came in after waiting over 10 min or more and asking will my tenders be cold since my box was prepack and the guy said NO well my tenders was cold my potatoes was cold and the shrimps I waited on they had a very bad fishy smell like they were no good to the point I was gagging, but due to a appointment I had to get to I was unable to go back, but I did call no answer the only good thing was the biscuit and the great customer service the guy who took my order not the little guy the manger I take it. he was rude and told another Custer he hate online order and said it more then once and was just frustrated the whole time I was there . Once off the eway I did try to taste the shrimps and as I guess they were bad so I paid 15.00 for the biscuit because thatâs all I was able to eat. I hope the manger see this review and check the expiration date or make sure the shrimps are properly stored...

Yesterday, I ordered about $100 worth of food from Popeyes on DoorDash, and once my dasher arrived with the food. I realized they had only given us chicken, and none of our sides. What was our order you may ask? A 16 piece chicken family meal with 3 large sides and 8 biscuits.Then I informed our dasher. Who was immediately apologetic and offered to drive back to pick up the sides. So, instead of immediately reporting this error to DoorDash. I decided to call the restaurant and inform the error. The initial female manager upon review realize the error was their fault. She then said that they would send our missing items, and add on another side for the inconvenience, but after waiting +30 mins, and with only cold chicken. I decided to give them another call, and this time a male manager picked up the phone call. We explained our orderâs error to him, and he said that they had already given our sides to someone else. As well as that they would not be remaking our food. Admittedly, our tempers were a little high at this point and some unkind words were said.
However, this experience has left me desiring more from the acclaimed chicken place and I am deeply disappointed with how the staff chose to handle our issue. Though I would not like anyone to witch-hunt...
