Shoutout to the associate, Janay, for managing such a busy Sunday completely on her own. Unfortunately, during checkout, one of my itemsâa large stationary pieceâwas not given to me, and I had to drive back to the store to retrieve it. When I returned, I realized Janay had been left to handle five checkout stations by herself, which likely led to the mistake. I felt sorry for her more than anything. What concerned me most was that when Janay tried to reach a manager to address the issue, she called multiple times over the walkie-talkie and even used her personal phoneâyet no one responded.
