If I could give no stars I would.

I am writing to tell about my experience at the Hammond, IN. location. The Cashier (cashier 3254am) along with the other associate working that day were very unprofessional. They held conversations with each other, used profanity during the transaction and with a child present, did not greet me as I approached the register, and mumbled my total.

Additionally, once I checked out I noticed two shirts that should have rung up $7 each were regular price. I approached the register and asked the same cashier about the discrepancy and her response was "no, they aren't". I told her it was on the rack with the sign and the other associate chimes in, "those shirts would never be part of it", "the sign did say select items".

So, since I received such attitude where I was spending my money, I requested a refund. They called the manager, and she asked what the refund was for, the cashier (3254am) responds with an attitude "I don't know what she said". I clearly stated the issue and not two seconds before she "understood". The manager on duty told them those shirts should have been $7 each and offered to price adjust. However, since customer service was horrible I returned them and considered returning the entire...

The store I love the different variety of clothing sections they have from plus size to regular size people even to children. It was very colorful and they had the store very needy and clean. The only thing that I really didn’t care for it was a cashiers they were very slow talking to each other and not paying attention to the customers need yelling at people over with cashier cash register And it was just kind of frustrating the way they were treating people all they need to do is just make sure they keep their eyes focused on the person in front of them now if something is going on then they need to shut down and go out into the area where the clothing is Anyway I did find me an outfit and I was able to get out of there very quickly, but they just need to remember Customer Service goes a long way and to focus on the people in front of them instead of their friends and other people...

Terrible. Both the manager and the sales woman were both rude. The black girl who was ringing up my order was not cordial. In fact she was very short. Not helpful at all. I left the store feeling like returning my merchandise. I could say it's just Rainbow not like I was shopping at Macy's but that should not be an issue because I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated as such. I have visited that location multiple times and its pretty much the same experience...
