Kayla should be fired. Every time I’ve come in there she seems to have new criteria on why she cannot shake a can of paint I purchased from them. First it was because they no longer carried that brand and they could replace if it spilled. Then it was that I removed too much paint (maybe 1 cup to do a few drawer fronts). now today she said although it’s full, she cannot shake this gallon cause it’s opened and air has gotten inside!!! Meanwhile every other employee has re-shaken my used gallons. Her stupidity has cost this place another customer. I live 2 blocks away and have been a loyal shopper even though they have higher prices. This place has gone downhill because their staff is more interested in their phones then helping customers. Read moreI have been shopping here for more years then I care to admit, today was my worst experience ever in any one of the three Gus Bock stores. My wife and I spent twenty minutes trying to fill our list of items to purchase in a newly laid out store no one asked if we needed or wanted help we got passed many times by assorted staff members. Jackson appeared from the back room (first time we saw him) asked if we needed help and we did he was very helpful with finding our last items. Maquire and Nates function in life seems to be stand at the cash register and chat loud enough to be heard through out the store. We will be back but hopefully when the manager on duty supervises the staff. I never had a problem there with this. what happened she did not put the number in. I ask her she said sorry you can't do a personal reward with the account. I never said it was a personal reward account. Then she said it's it there so I asked to read it back the phone number of account under. she could not. call the other lady and she said just signed it and I will fixed it later. yeah right.
