Arrived to pick up prom flowers, that should have been ready at 2p, I was there at 1:45pm. We were told that the flowers were not ready. The clerk said we were just going to call you and tell you that we would have them ready by 3 o’clock we said OK then and we left . At 2:50 I arrived to pick up the flowers and was told I’m sorry the flowers will not be ready for another half hour can you please come back I said no I will not come back I want the flowers now . I still waited for half an hour to get the flowers which turned out to be totally ugly totally the wrong color and so small they were pathetic. The dress was purple and the bouquet was supposed to be Gerber daisies in purple the flowers were Gerber daisies however they were bright red with purple ribbon. I was also told that her flowers were the last flowers to be made although they had been ordered 25 days prior to the prom. This was the first time I used Hohman Floral and it will definitely be the LAST! You came highly recommend and I was highly disappointed. This was definitely the worst experience of my life. I called your business right when we received the arrangement to express my dissatisfaction and your sales representative was very rude and unsympathetic. We stoped by about 2 pm on a Sunday, my husband and myself. A male employee came to us very quickly...Seemed to want us out of the store as he asked what we were looking for. I told him a Happy Birthday with age specific. The only had 2 that I didn't care for so we left. I don't think we were in the store 3 minutes. He walked us to the door.
