Stopped in here for a quick business meeting. I thought it was really cool that they had made their own bagels and you could watch them do so via a plexiglass divider. I got a bagel with cream cheese and a tea and the bagel and cream cheese were absolutely delicious. I got an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. There was a generous portion of cream cheese on my toasted bagel and the cream cheese itself was thick and fluffy. One of the best bagels I’ve ever eaten! I was a bit bombed that the only choice for tea just said sweet tea. I do like sweet tea but there was no choice for a hot cup of tea. I ordered the sweet tea and it wound up being good but number one it was unsweetened tea… I had to add my own sweetener. Therefore it is not sweet tea. Number two, it was flavored with some sort of fruit. Overall I am not a big fan of flavored teas… It should have stated that it had been flavored. I sucked it up and put my sweetener into it and made it work but overall I would like to go back...
Read moreWish I could give zero stars. Went here once back in 2016. Very expensive and the breakfast sandwich was not very memorable at all. Came back here again in 2020 to try it again. I called ahead and confirmed their hours, but apprently the workers here are lazy and turn off the grill 20 minutes before actual closing time. Therefore, everything bagel cafe never got a 2nd chance from me and never will. Don't recommend this place. Go to Lindinger's Deli (also in North wales).
Came here again to give a 3rd attempt as it was directly on the route of my errands. Place was marked OPEN 6am Mondays. Got here at 6:30am on a Monday to find that their hours are marked incorrectly in google maps. Wish I could give zero stars. No other single restaurant has caused me so much frustration.
Even when they are open and they feel like keeping the grill on to cook food, it is mediocre. This place is complete...
Read moreThe bagel was absolutely delicious! With that said, the experience and customer service was atrocious. The shop was chaotic upon walking in, with far too many people and not nearly enough space. It felt uncomfortable. Between the plexiglass and the blender, the cashier and I weren't able to communicate clearly. I had to repeat my order 7 times before it could be heard because they have a blender stationed right next to the register. I also felt rushed. This was my first visit and they asked me for my order the moment I walked through the door. I requested a moment to look over the menu options and even let the people behind me go ahead of me. I took no more than 60 seconds to look over the menu but was asked 4 separate times "do you know what you want yet?" Post your full menu in the outside hall so customers can look ot over away from the pandemonium...
