We just received our third big order from High Street Market, and my wife is thrilled. Our first order for our living room was such a great experience, that we ordered bedroom furniture next. Those pieces were such a great design and such high quality that we ordered a huge dining room table from High Street Market this time. It is gorgeous. As with the first two orders, this delivery came in when we expected it to arrive, and the Customer Service from High Street Market was impeccable. Customer Service went above and beyond our expectations to help coordinate the purchase and delivery, and I highly recommend that you trust High Street Market with your needs. I find it difficult to trust companies with large online purchases. I have never liked buying anything without being able to see, touch and feel it, but we did three times, and we are grateful for the amazing results and experience every time we ordered from High Street Market. We will trust High Street Market for our future purchases as well....

I have ordered a Jefferson wall sconce for my kitchen. I needed a pair of sconces but decided to order just 1 to see if it goes well with my decor. I like the look of it so I decided to order a second one. My house was a new construction and when it was time for the lighting installation, the electrician would not install it as he said it's not compliant with code. I quickly called to cancel my second order and the customer service confirmed that it wasn't shipped at that time and I returned the sconce lighting that I received. To my surprise, I received the second sconce lighting despite having canceled my order so I shipped it back. I was charged for both sconces but only received credit for one of them. I called customer service but was put to voicemail and I email High Street Market about the credit issue. They never responded. It's been over a month and I don't know how to get hold of a live person to resolve this issue. Very disappointed with the poor...
