Wow! Talk about 5-star service. beryl knows customer service and excels at it. I so appreciate the prompt correspondence about these martini glasses that I pined for. I had walked by them in the window on May 10, but did not go in, because we were in town for a show at The Iron Horse.

Those glasses had been on my mind since that day. I sent a email to beryl to see if they were indeed the shop that held the martini glasses. The correspondence back was immediate. beryl was the shop and they still had them. I called yesterday, spoke to Maddie, and purchased them. That was quite impressive how smoothly it all went. But to have the beryl team package them up so carefully and take them to the post office the same day to ship is remarkable. Living in Connecticut definitely has its perks. I received the glasses today (next day through USPS).
