Brits R U.S — Local services in Northampton

3.5 stars would be more appropriate. I really like their selection and appreciate the existence of this store, but I have gotten some lackluster service. More than once I have gone in to find that, although the store is open, the bell is not on the counter and the employee is sitting in the back on the computer. One time I waited for over five minutes, trying to get their attention, only to have to give up and put my items back because nobody would check me out. I wish I could give more stars but I just haven't had good...

This store has a small footprint, but it’s stacked floor to ceiling with Good Food! If you’ve visited the British Isles, chances are something you ate and liked there could be found (or ordered!) here, in Northampton, MA. I come up once or twice a year simply because I forget to come more often, lol! I buy my favorite cookies, custard mix, potato chips (crisps), condiments and cereals. The people who run it are always friendly, helpful and charming, and you’re missing out if you don’t pay...

About a year ago my mom passed away. One of her final wishes was to have special British Battenberg Cakes at her funeral. The owner of Brits R Us went above and beyond to make this wish come true. They were so kind and understanding on the phone. They immediately shipped the items to us next day and they were packaged so well and tasted so fresh. Everyone at the funeral loved the cakes.
