ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FOOD IN ALL OF THE USA! I eat it almost every SINGLE night!

My go to order is either a falafel or hummus pocket. Great vegitatian options and AMAZING sauce. I love their homemade hummus and greek dressing which is in competition with the falafel as my favorite part of the pocket! Let me break it down, the pita is delicious, warm and chewy. The tomatoes are the best in town, very fresh, well grown and thoughtfully cut. The banana peppers are a fabulous touch , they give such a refreshing unique taste that really stands out in your mouth! All of the other veggies are very tasty and don't overpower anything else but do so much behind the scenes.

Falafel: Pita Pocket's homemade falafel is the best I've ever had, and believe me I've been around the block once or twice. Soft warm inside and perfectly cooked outside! Incredible!

Wonderful , friendly and interactive staff! Love going in there! I can't wait for the day where Covid is officially done so this restaurant can open back up their dine- in tables! I will definitely be the first one to go!

BIG FINALE: Ive lived in Northampton almost my whole life and when i say that it is so hard to find Labne in this town, i am not lying. I have gone to every single restaurant and grocery store that i presumed would sell labne but Pita Pocket was the only one! And at that, its fantastic! Such an amazing recipe that i wish was my own!

This restaurant is #1 in my heart and i think about it every other day, this is a fantastic place to eat. I hope it stays in business for generations!

Peace and Love to all of you...

Exceptionally tasty, consistently excellent food, I have never been disappointed. The owners are gracious, hospitable, and seem to always be there. Which explains why each ingredient, every time, tastes fresh: because it IS fresh. The place is spotless, similar to a Chipotle or Subway in format, and although I guess it is a chain, the owners of this location take it extremely seriously and I doubt any other location is like this. I don't usually even like falafel, but theirs is perfectly cooked, umami (meaty flavor, though vegan) crisp on the outside and steaming on the inside. If you get a chance, you should ask for their "foul" (pronounced similarly to "FOOL"), which is a fava bean dish they do just right. It's traditionally breakfast food, but I often go there before a night shift and they sometimes make it for me then (it's my breakfast before work, but I would eat it any time). There's tahini (like peanut butter but made with sesame, no peanuts, big ingredient of humous), olive oil, fresh bright parsley, the fava beans, maybe some lemon juice. Comes with pita bread. I think I must have created dozens of regular customers for them, because everyone in the emergency department where I work comes over to ask me where I got it when they smell it. And obviously, I enjoy singing the praises of this wonderful place. You will not be disappointed. Tell them the ER...

I go here once every couple weeks when I’m in Northampton. You can get a better shawarma at a sit-down restaurant, but that’s not what pita pockets is, and honestly, that’s not what shawarma should be. If, like me, you’re familiar with an “Ottawa-style” shawarma joint, that’s the best way to understand pita pockets. It’s like, Shawarma Palace on Rideau St. in Ottawa style shawarma, if that makes sense for to anyone besides me. I love this joint, and there’s absolutely nowhere else like it in Western Mass. The owner always gives me a falafel for free in whatever I order without me asking for it and I love him for that. As I’ve told the owner, if I could give this joint ten stars I would. My only complaint is that they haven’t expanded to Springfield or West...

The best mom and pop cafe around. There is a line but it goes faster than you think. The chicken pita is awesome. And just like a sandwich place you custom order it and there are so many options but these are fresh ingredients!! I spoke with three different people and they were each personable and outgoing. We ate near the door at the front of the house and it is too cold to do that twice. But when we were leaving the owner (?) asked how we liked it - after we said we enjoyed it another person noticed that I had part of my pita wrapped to go and he offered a bag to store it in. This place has a steady crowd and now I know why! Don’t miss the chance to try it out.

My recent visit to Pita Pockets in Northampton was a delight! I enjoyed their Middle Eastern Platter, a fantastic combination of falafel, hummus, tabbouleh, and more, all bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. My wife loved the Turbo Pocket, packed with grilled chicken, vegetables, and a delicious blend of sauces. The food was incredibly fresh and the service was friendly and welcoming. This is a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic Middle Eastern fare. We’ll definitely be back!

I have to say I wasn't impressed. I have no idea how this has almost 5 stars. Having worked in a Mediterranean restaurant and had falafel from around the world, (the best was in Budapest) I can say I am an expert. This falafel was as bland as the tatziki sauce. I could barely taste the tahini and the little bit of "mild" sauce added nothing. Since your hot is no where near my hot thats what I should have gotten. Throwing fries in the wrap helped but safe to say I went be back.
