The consistency here is hit or miss, so buyer beware. If/when something goes awry with an order and you bring it up to an employee they could care less. I am an occasional regular here and it wasn’t until today that their lassez-faire attitude provoked me enough to write this review. If a place gets something wrong I prefer to bring it up in private first so they can be aware without online attitudes getting in the way. Last week I ordered a 7 Day smoothie (which is my favorite smoothie that they make) and the person working the station was new. The smoothie that they made was missing ingredients. Fine, no big deal, the person is new. Today the same person was working the smoothie station and I ordered the 7 Day again (cuz that’s my jam). It was still made without bananas and this time had too little orange juice and barely any frozen yogurt. It was liquid like water and not thick like it should be and tastes terrible. After a few sips I called to let them know that there was an error. The person who answered the phone after telling them that I had had two similar experiences in attendance same smoothie not being made correctly said, literally and without anything else: “is that all?” This is not good customer service and it is not how you keep customers. Let’s face it, I will probably not go here for a couple months and then eventually come back because they’re the only ones who make this smoothie. This is what happens when you make something that no one else does—you can treat your customers like they don’t exist and not train your staff to care about anything. 2 stars because they sometimes get it right. Just don’t go on a Wednesday morning if you want your smoothie made correctly.
UPDATE: as can be seen below Peter replied and his reply has earned my respect and two additional stars if for no other reason than addressing the issue. I hope that this persons firing was actually for more than just these three incidents described above because I would not want to be the reason why someone was fired, but if the repeated negligence to making things correctly was just part of a larger issue I hope that he is able to find a place where he can thrive in the right...

The juice bar is like Star Glam beings put some magic in your juice. You have a assortment of beings mingling in this place like opening a box of chocolates and that's what I love. Every type of people and everyone coexist with each other like all the Planets in Space. No problem just being. The food is always good and they have tons of vegan and vegetarian food here. No one will go hungry and no one will be in lack. It's also sorta like museum with all the different type of art work on the wall. Last time we went there it was closed and my inner child cried out as if it was the candy store closed. Read moreI have very mixed feelings about Haymarket. It's a nice, quaint little cafe with a lot of personality. Feels very Noho. One of my favorite places in the area and one of my least favorite.
Sometimes, I've gone here and everything is perfect. Like when it's good, it's really good. Their food can be some of the best in the area. Other times, i've gone in to staff who don't seem to know anything about the cafe, waiting for food for way to long, hearing a fire alarm and getting burnt mac and cheese.
downstairs dining area is kind of a mess. Stay upstairs, better vibe unless you want something quieter.
Give the place a try, your results may vary. Give it a few tries honestly, it's just really inconsistent.
They do gluten free pasta, call ahead to see if they have it and save yourself some time. Although I have called ahead, been told they do and when i get in, they're out of it.
