Just over a year ago I came to this store looking for an alternative to my prior cellular provider. I met Marvin G. who listened to my needs and what I was paying. He offered a very clear proposal to consolidate both my cellular and broadband services into a single account with T-Mobile that offered more features and cost essentially the same as the total amount that I was paying for my two prior providers. Anyone who has dealt with me knows that I ask a lot of questions. Marvin was generous with his time and very complete with his answers.

Since becoming a T-Mobile customer I've visited the store several times and have found everyone there to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Luis D. in particular has helped me several times by adding lines, transferring numbers from other carriers, and explaining promotional discounts. Through it all, he's been professional and resourceful.

The customer service at this location is A++ I recently purchased a new phone at a different T-Mobile location and was told they couldn't transfer my old data to my new phone. After 3 hrs of no luck I left and came to the Northbrook store. Ameen Tawoosi came to greet us and after hearing of our less than stellar experience expressed empathy and was so incredibly kind. He took a second look at my phone and in less than half hour was able to transfer everything to my new phone. Very knowledgable, honest and answered any questions we had with ease.
