Village Square of Northbrook — Local services in Northfield Township

This place is laid out too screwy. it makes getting from one place to another an actual nightmare. The guy who designed this space must have been either sleeping with a board member, or just trolling really hard. If you need to visit more than one place here chances are you will get in your car and drive since everything is about a mile away from each other. And, never mind trying to get out. There are so many bloody twists and turns it feel I need to drive faster as its a race track with chicanes everywhere. Never again, I dont care how much I like Lowes and Buffalo Wild Wings and Starbucks or others, I shall find those...

Very nice basic shopping mall with a fine selection of the normal Big Stores. Mislabeled, however, as a "village center" as it would require an entertainment center (restaurants, theater, gaming, ice cream and so on) to be a true destination mall/community focal point. Way off Northbrook's beaten path between a far too-busy 5-lane and an interstate Superhighway.
