I couldn't have asked for a better variety to choose from in one single place! I really value being able to find exactly what meets my needs and my budget all in one store, instead of having to shop around in different stores and online to find what i really want. Their resale clothing selection was seriously impressive, especially because i am always on the hunt for really nice, quality clothing without having to pay full price. I really love that i can save money and get a more average highchair and play pen here, but then I also found the more high-end carseat i really wanted to meet my expectations of safety that i thought i was going to have to order online. I was really happy to get to see it in person before spending the money on it and understand how to properly install it before purchasing it. The sales associate was incredibly intelligent and knew all of the specs of almost everything i picked out and answered every question i had with complete patience for my neediness. Overall, im thrilled to find a store that offers such a wide variety of products and clothing that i can't typically find without searching online for hours, and they have it all in one place. The cashier even told me that if i was looking for something specific that they had at another store, she would definitely look into having it shipped out to this location for me! I went in last Thursday looking to pick up some things for my 3 year old niece and her (soon to be!) sibling, because I had been here before and the store was well kept and I found good deals. Something has very obviously changed and not for the better. According to other recently posted reviews the drop in quality is due to a change in ownership, and having experienced the store before vs. my last visit, I have to agree. The employees seem more than happy to sit behind the counter and laugh at whatever is on their phone than assist customers, and if you dare to ask a question it comes with a heaping helping of bad attitude. This seems to also carry over into the care and stocking of the store itself. It used to be nicely sorted and the different areas made sense, but now it seems that things are either not put away or just thrown back wherever. It's not pretty. Ordered some fleece and bamboo jackets, was looking for a specific print that was made a while ago before I knew about the company. While watching one of their whatnot shows, they allowed me to do some personal shopping with Shannon and Tracy in order to see what they had left in that print. Shannon looked through everything, found the exact prints I was looking for and even in the sizes I was wanting to include a matching mama jacket for me. She then found some other similar prints and included a free pair of bingo sunglasses in my order for being patient with them (while they were doing ME the biggest favor!!). I’d be patient over and over again, this company is genuine and the people behind it truly care. Cannot say enough good things from what I have personally experienced with them.
