I had the most bizarre experience in the drive-thru late on a Thurs night. I pulled up in line, and was two cars back from the box. The first in line had just finished ordering when I arrived and was soon pulling up to the window. This now left one car in front of me. Not long after sitting there a truck pulled up to join the wait...Now there are three of us... Now three of us wait...Now three of us wait some more...and some more. I'm straining to hear if the car in front of me is talking to the box, but I'm pretty sure I hear crickets...we wait...mind you the light is still on in the drive-thru and it is now 10:30 pm and we have been waiting over 10 min...We wait... I'm stuck in the middle or I probably would not have even waited this long... We wait some more... Finally the truck behind me gives up and backs out of the drive thru. As I get ready to Do the same, I finally hear a timid voice say "HELLO"? It is the woman from the car in front of me, a very determined, albeit polite, car in front of me. After waiting over 15 min, she FINALLY speaks up...but Im pretty sure the whole crew was already at their respective homes by then! Nobody answers her and I've already reversed, put it in gear and before hit the gas pedal to: ANYWHERE BUT HERE I take one last look at the lit up drive thru and seel... she is still waiting. I don't have any idea how long 'ol determined, but polite car in front of me waited, but over 15 minutes with absolutely no word or explanation from this stellar crew inside, was far to long for me. This Taco Bell is notorious for closing when they feel like it. So word to the wise, don't put any online orders late even if it "says" they are open. If it's any kind of late at night there's a good chance they already closed and your online order will go thru, but never made. Now I am understanding mind you. I realize you might be short staffed on some nights. I understand you may have to close early sometimes. But I cannot understand why you would leave 3 cars in your drive- thru, leave the drive thru light on and close without saying a word!! Inexcusable, unprofessional and just plain...

Not this time. I ordered my food on the mobile app because I needed to get home after work. I chose a pick up time of 6:15 pm ( I know it usually a very busy time and I had a big order, 15 bean burritos, so I ordered it early so they knew about it) I arrived around 6:15-6:20 and asked about my order. They had no idea what I was talking about so the manager Matt came to the front counter and told me since it's not on his screen I should "just deal with it" and he walked away, grabbed his phone and left the store and never came back. I said what do you mean to the kid running the front counter I have the confirmation that my order was ready to pick up. He went over to the drive through side and they had my order on their screen. At this point it was really busy and I had about 15 people behind me. Once they found my order I thought they were making it. Nope... I wait and wait all the people behind me got their food and left. I finally asked one of the line guys making the food and he said "oh yeah we're about to get started on your order" WHAT?!!!!? I asked they why they haven't started on my order yet. They just shrugged and didn't have an answer. By this time it is already 6:45 and I still don't have any of my food. This is the time one the the guys from the back came up and said they are all out of beans and if I wanted I could wait another 30 minute. ANOTHER 30 minutes, no way. I said make me some soft tacos so I can leave. But I would need more than 15 tacos because I have grown teenagers and so I had to buy 5 more tacos. I finally got all 20 tacos by 7pm. Was comped the extra taco. But no one had manager codes to refund my card since the manager left. Needless to say I was not very happy with the whole transaction. I don't think I will be going to this location anymore.

Read moreI mean what can be said about going to a fast food joint these days in and out right? No sir wrong. First off this needs to be joined up with the app review. I've never thought to download an app for anything but today I was like let's try this new age world of fast food apps. Well I didn't mean for taco bell to set the bar but oh boy. I ordered food at about 1230pm. I took my time and mind you it's a 5min drive from me No eta was given that I noticed. Just order received status. So I went to Dollar store on the way spent about 20min there. Finally got to restaurant and being my first time using the app I saw a line for the drive thru and I went in. Didn't see my number near the online shelf. I checked the status and it still said ln progress. So I tried to wave an employee down but seemed like I had small pox or something cause all staff ignored me. I sat down and 15min later was able to talk to it wasn't clear if he was a Mgr or what but I asked about my order. He took my name and didn't say anything just disappeared into the ether of the kitchen. 15min later my name was called. Well the app I ordered and was charged for the taco upgrade to supreme but none were. The app asked me for a count on taco sauce but none were even put in the bag. So the self help kiosk and that was torn thru. Whomever is the Mgr or is trained/allowing these employees to treat their customer base with such distain is such a horrible business ethos. Seriously wtf happened to customer service. All this technology and makes everyone a robot and a number for consumption. What a horrific experience all together. If this is the new world way of becoming we are all doomed if we should allow this to be service. Close this location...
