Great place to live! Apartment manager and staff are all friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests.

Update: I’ve been living in the apartments for 6 years now! It is a clean community and the managers have all been good/helpful. It’s a secure and safe place to live with easy access to 605, 105 and 5 fwy. They recently converted the laundry machines to work via an app. Some cons are that there is no nearby street parking. You can rent an additional parking spot for $65, pending availability. It’s difficult to have visitors due to this parking situation. The pool used to be surrounded by beautiful palm trees that provided some privacy and since they were removed you’re left with the beautiful view of the fwy and a parking lot. The only other thing is you should make sure to buy a fan for ventilation in the bathroom since the units are currently not good with airflow and make restroom susceptible to mold. The Porto Bella team is the best!! I’ve had my fair share of unreliable and unfriendly encounters with property managers, but Getsy and Liz have made this move so smooth! They are on top of everything and are so accommodating. From time I toured their property, they have been so welcoming. I knew I was in good hands. Applying for a unit was easy with Getsy’s help and she kept me up to date on everything that was happening! Amazing communication skills. In the process of moving, I had to contact them on multiple occasions regarding some in-unit questions/maintenance requests and they have responded and been there to support me right away.

Porto Bella’s maintenance crew is just as awesome! Jimmy and Oscar are so on top of the maintenance requests as well and are the friendliest people to have around the complex. The complex itself is so well-maintained! I have yet to see any trash in the area.

I have been here a little over a month. Coming from a studio that was literally awful that I paid 1700 dollars. I checked this place out and immediately knew this would be my new home. The staff is AMAZING! They are always available for a chat and are so friendly. I’ll be walking to my car and the workers always say hi good morning. My place is perfect for me. I actually love coming home! It’s very quiet I literally don’t hear anything and I have a couple and a small kid right next door and never hear them! That’s a plus. I’m so glad I chose this place to be my home from the moment I did a walk through I spent like 45 minutes just talking to jasmine. She was so friendly and very attentive. Would 10/10 recommend this...
