I visited the chick-fil -A . On Firestone boulevard in Norwalk. I don't Even know where to begin with a horrible experience going Drive through experience. I was on my lunch break. I work from home. I decided I want some of their chicken noodle soup and a cookie so I get to the window. Normally there's still kids out there. Taking your order on the device, but this wasn't happening today. I get to the window.I hand his name was supposed to be Nick. But the receipt says anthomy card for payment, my Bank of America debit card, as I turned around to look in my bag to see if they gave me extra crackers.Anthony was forcefully giving me my receipt. So I put my hand out without Without looking I put my hand out. I felt a receipt but I didn't feel my card. I asked him where is my card. He says it fell in your car. So I got off my car by the drive to the Window and Search Underneath my Seat. If it fell in my car, it should be between my panel and my seat. I did not find it. So I moved my car forward to see if fell on the ground. Underneath my car and it was not there at all. So they were forcefully making me move my car. So I went to the front of the store. Got off and ask for manager. I searched my purse which I never put anything in my wallet. My debit card is accessibly to me in a certain department in my purse which I never put my card in there. Cause I didn't have it to put it in there. So the manager comes out with the flashlight and her name is Shelly district manajerk she said. Let me help you look so. She had a flashlight and began looking in my back seat which I've already done I looked and underneath my mats. My car is pretty clean inside. I don't have any debris. If the car was underneath my seat I would be able to see it quickly which I didn't see it at all. So I told the manager I was calling the Norwalk sheriff to make a report period the man the manager Shelley treated me like I was in the wrong that her employee wouldn't ever do anything such as what happened? Take my card, not not give it back to me. She portrayed me as though. I was the person that lost my card. I don't know how that could happen when it was just a window transaction. The kid was rushing me and he never told me. I dropped my car in my car until I asked him. Where is my cany? Ways I waited out there for about an hour and a 1/2 for the sheriff to come, but they didn't come. So I called them. And ask to come to my home where I filed a police report. They insist that they gave me my debit card. But I do not have my card. Why would I sit in front of the store looking for it? Repeatedly looking for at the same place. Letting the manager go through my wallet and purse. In my hard, I felt very violated. You know, when you lose your purse or somebody steals from you. That's exactly what I felt. This is my debit card, my money. so I called the corporate office And file the complaint that employees were all looking at me like Like I was trying to make a fuss over nothing , but this is my debit I had to leave work early to go to the bank to get cash.I had to pay for another Debits from this card And now It's cold in the car I left there with a bad headache and I told the manager. Why would I want to sit in front of your store for over an hour and a half She said she was freaked out.I hope she wasn't freaking out about My theory is as a kid.Must have dropped my card in the window frame.Or somewhere As he was giving it to me but he insisted he gave it to me but my But card is nowhere to be found So now. I have to take time off work to get to the bank before five o'clock to receive some funds Because it's gonna take time for me to get my new debit card again.I feel violated They did nothing to help me.And the manager said again. My staff wouldn't do that but Like I said , if he didn't put it in his pocket to do something criminal with it , then he must have dropped it in the area as if That he couldn't retrieve it God sees all and he knows that I don't have my debit card. It was never given back to me. I will never return to...
Read moreWent to pick up some food and got a #2, and my son was enjoying his food. I called them up, and I spoke to one of the employees, and she said, "Oh no, hold on! They gave me a number to send a picture. I sent the pictures and they saw them. They refunded the money because my son git grossed out. When we supposedly ended the call, the guy, which I assumed was the manager, was talking to the girl I was talking to. He said in the background there's no way, no way.
Let me tell you, I have no benefit of me pitting a bug on my son's sandwich!!! We were in the car while he was eating that bug was nicely tosted and very dead. So I just didn't grab a bug from my window to put it in my son's sandwich.
Maybe you guys need to make sure you guys clean well and make sure bugs are not there flying close to the food! I know accidents happen, but to hear saying I am a liar, it's unacceptable. This is not the first time I have purchased from there. This is the first time this has happened. But this will be the last time it will, because not going...
Read moreI took my elderly mom out shopping and she wanted to try a Chick-fil-A , so we were in the area and visited this location. We were greeted pleasantly by staff and the girl who took our order was very nice and helped us through your menu to make our decisions. After I paid for our order she kindly told us we could find a table to sit at and she would bring us our food. She happened to be a manager. Her name is Kristina. She was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make our !st experience a great one! After delivering our food, Kristina checked on us a few times to see how everything was and if we needed anything, while also making rounds checking on other patrons. She was also very patient and kind to my mother who asked for extra condiments and napkins. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and our food was delivered a smile! Thank you Kristina! We will be back because of your...
