My elderly mother went to this staples location earlier today and had a wonderful experience. As she is very old and sometimes very confused, she had trouble finding batteries for her flashlight. A very nice young man named Joe was very patient in helping her. He even looked up what kind of flashlight it was so she could purchase just the right batteries. His costumer service oriented attitude and willing nature to help an old lady warms my heart. Read moreCame to get a copy made of a pattern I bought on Etsy. Was left standing at the counter for a very long time. When someone finally came to help me (even tho he knew I was waiting) he couldn't have been less helpful. Tech is a tough one for me but he really made it so difficult. When I finally figured it out and sent it to be printed he told me it would be ready in the next hour. It was 12 pages and when I asked "in the next hour?" He stated "I have to help the customer behind you". Absolutely the most unhelpful employee I have ever encountered in a staples. Really rude...buddy get a new job because you aren't cut out to deal...

Nope nothing was said. Ironically, as I turned to leave he asked what was the item and tried to help me then. No thanks. I get that we don’t care now a days but really? Just...
